"I wanted to grab some Thai food for lunch before visiting a family member in the hospital. I initially planned to go to the Thai restaurant next door, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find the owner using what looked like a leaf blower to clear dust from his dim and uninviting establishment—this was just ten minutes after their posted opening time. He rudely instructed us to step aside and wait outside until he finished. I didn’t have time for that kind of attitude and lack of customer service, so I chose to head to Charm Thai instead. What a difference! The contrast between Charm Thai and the restaurant next door was astounding. Charm Thai was bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff treated us warmly, making us feel appreciated rather than like a nuisance. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making for a pleasant experience overall. If you're a fan of pho or Thai boat noodles, you must try their boat noodle broth—it’s the best I’ve ever had! You can really tell it’s made in-house with authentic ingredients, and it’s clear a lot of love goes into it. The broth was incredibly aromatic and comforting. I highly recommend stopping by Charm Thai if you're in the Downtown Winston area!"

I truly enjoyed my large serving of Pho, which came in a single, generous size. My friends ordered a variety of dishes that also looked delicious. The prices were very reasonable. I definitely intend to come back to eat here again.

This restaurant offers fantastic food, particularly their Duck noodle soup, which is my favorite. I also love their crispy Duck dishes. The restaurant is run by a lovely family—a father, mother, daughter, and daughter-in-law—who create a delightful atmosphere. I make it a point to dine here at least once a week.

I called to ask if the vegetable tofu was vegan, and the person I spoke to assured me that with so many vegans coming in for it, it had to be. It seems this person is aware that the dish contains animal products, yet continues to serve it. This feels like a disregard for customers' dietary choices, possibly driven by a negative attitude towards the portrayal of liberalism in the media. It seems like their misery seeks company.
