"If you’re hoping for mixed drinks beyond the usual Jack and Coke, forget it. A patron next to me asked for a lime for her drink, and although the bartender acknowledged her request, she quickly turned her attention to serving other customers before completing the task. The lime never made it to her drink. I've been to bars that were far busier, yet the staff managed to operate at a level of efficiency several times greater than what we experienced here. On top of that, my husband and I opened a tab, only to find several discrepancies on our bill. We also noticed that when paying in cash, the bartenders seemed to adjust prices at their discretion, which felt like theft. Many others I've talked to have reported similar experiences. To make matters worse, this establishment has shown signs of racial discrimination on multiple occasions. Eb Gators has rapidly declined, and it’s clear that a complete overhaul of management and staff is necessary to salvage this restaurant. If not, it seems destined to become just another failed restaurant/bar under poor management."

Amanda is fantastic and super friendly! She managed both the bar and the restaurant all on her own, and she never showed any signs of frustration. She maintained a positive attitude throughout the few hours we spent there!

Do not recommend! A child seated us and ask what we wanted to drink ? A adult was near by...waited 15 minutes and still no drinks ! Yell over twice she would be right there ?? Only 4 other Patrons were at the bar..we got up and left... View menu

The food was great, and the service was friendly and accommodating. However, there was only one person handling both the bar and service, which resulted in longer wait times. If you're able to relax and enjoy time with your family, it's not really a big deal. I would definitely come back again.

During our lunch visit, we were the only customers in the restaurant. They had recently hired a new waitress, but unfortunately, she wasn't trained yet. The first two items we tried to order were unavailable. In the end, we settled for a salad, but they forgot to bring us our sweet potato fries as well.

Good customer service, nice atmosphere, lacking a drink menu for alcohol, interesting choice of food selections. Kid friendly (daytime) have high chairs and colorable kids menus. Updated their menus. Very unhappy with this place. Gators used to be the place to go on the weekends. Always had great food and beer. Tonight they had 4 bartenders and still Took 20 mins to get a drink and Was told by a bartender “To go to the other bar to get a drink we don’t have any glasses or cold beer” in a very nasty way like it was my fault. The other bar only excepted cash which I didn’t have. I had a open tab with my cc at the main bar. The food made my girlfriend very sick to the point we had to leave. Very said to see this bar go downhill. Definitely won’t be in business very long.

Ok, well it was my first experience, a friend told me EB Gators was the place to eat. We went and it's was 90 outside and felt warmer in the restaurant. There was only 1 waitress and 1 cook, the waitress looked stressed and very hot. We placed our order and the cook only got 2 of our orders right. I ordered a taco salad without onions and it came with onion, I told the waitress and she said she told the cook make sure there wasn't onion. Well they replaced the taco salad, it came without nacho chips and way to much meat. I couldn't eat it because of the heat inside the restaurant. I feel it would have been a better experience if they had more help and air conditioning
