"Place was packed with a line out the door and even down the street. I knew that it was goig to be good as soon as we pulled up. Worth the wait...Best Ribs I've ever had...what a distinct flavor nice bark all over. walking bird wings were the hot ones and man will they light you up too, but with great flavor....not just hot heat! Enjoyed Outdoor seating on a beautiful spring evening. Go ahead and buy the T-shirt while your in line be a supporter, wish we had one of these in Chattanooga where I live. Favorite amongst BBQ and really restaurants in general. I'll be back whenever I'm near Nashville again. Gotta get the fried okra too...man I could go on and on, everything had a distinct flavor unlike usual plain BBQ joints, a little heat behind everything it seemed.... just the way I like it."

A very good BBQ joint. Had the Brisket Tacos, and they were stellar. The BBQ nachos were good as well. I didn't like the grit casserole (I don't normally do grits), but I had to try it.

Food was amazing, i was just stopping through and that’s what was recommended. The pulled pork sandwich with the brisket stew/chili was mouth watering. I wanted to try more but didn’t want to be comotosed. If you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed

Everything I wanted my first BBQ place in the south to be! The brisket was perfectly smokey, great homemade sauces and sweet tea. The cornbread and sides were just okay, but really, who cares when theres amazing brisket right beside them? Would go back for sure.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff.. Had the pull pork platter with greens and skillet corn and it was to die for. The cornbread is like how grandma use to make with a little twist. If you are in the area it is a must eat at place and the area has boutiques a great little place to hangout..

A great BBQ joint in the beautiful 12 south. The prices were very reasonable but portions were a little small. We ordered the nachos to start and they were amazing. I loved that they were on BBQ chips and I couldn't stop eating them. For my entree I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and a side of the mac cheese and cornbread. The sandwich could have had a tad bit more meat on it but it tasted great. The mac n cheese was perfect, I wish I had more of it. The cornbread I was not a fan of it was dry and hard.
