"For Fort Collins El Pueblito is very different because it’s a no frills kind of place. It’s an old fashioned Family run restaurant and you go there to eat. They have a selection of vegetarian items on their menu They are pretty fast and I think the prices are reasonable. They have another restaurant in Loveland and it is the same as the one in Forto Collins I think they have one in Greeley as well"

I would have pics but food was so good that it is gone! Had chimi's,chili relleno, beans, guacamole, salsa, green chilie,chips, totillas... the works. It was all great! While I was there a man had a whole fish! It smelled and looked amazing! Next time Pubelito. Until next time..

We decided to give it a try, and I'm really glad we did. The place was pristine and had a fantastic atmosphere. Our server, Nancy, was wonderful, and Sergio, the chef, prepared an excellent meal for us. I had the asada tacos, and my girlfriend enjoyed the chicken enchiladas. I highly recommend it!
