"The pupusas are absolutely fantastic—fresh, hot, and not greasy like many other places. They offer a wide variety of options, and they're quite accommodating, even allowing for custom mixes. The yucca and pastelitos are also amazing, and everything is bursting with flavor. Having moved here from Long Beach, I've been on the lookout for a restaurant like this that serves delicious, flavorful food. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful dining experience! - Julio Diaz"

The frijole (cheese/beans/pork) pupusa was incredible. Pair with their slaw and red sauce for an out of this world taste delight. Friendly service. Suggestions were on point. Great experience!!

If you’re a local, you know good food is hard to find in Palm Springs. The food here is so good, we get take out once a week. Do yourself a favor and try the “heart of Palm ceviche” it’s so fresh! The staff and service is quick and excellent. 10/10 recommend!

Really great. Had Papusas many times, but these were exceptionally good. Was not so hungry and we just ordered another one because it was too good to miss. Very recommend both locals and those who visit Palm Springs as we visit. Get the beaten path and enjoy this jewel! View menu

Don't be fooled by the casual, cozy atmosphere. The food here is among the best we discovered in Palm Springs all week. We ordered a sampler board and enjoyed the homemade chips, along with a dish that featured hearts of palm, cucumber, onions, and lime. Everything was delicious, and each bite was exceptional.

Absolutely exceptional! I've tried pupusas many times, but these were on another level. I wasn't very hungry, yet we ended up ordering another because they were just too delicious to resist. I highly recommend this spot to both locals and visitors in Palm Springs, like us. Step off the usual tourist trail and discover this hidden gem!

Authentic, tasty and cheap describe our experience at El Salvador Cafe. My wife and I have tried a variety of pupusas along with half a pound of deep fried carnitas. Served with two hot, fresh and very thick corstortillas. Staff at El Salvador Cafe are very friendly and love sharing their stories of El Salvador. We really had a wonderful experience. View menu

I tried. That was a happy find. we ordered pork pupuses and spinach. both were good, but I prefer the pig. also had chicken and pork pigs. Both were great. the masa was soft and the leaves they were packed in additional taste. Also ordered other dishes than Antojito. It is a good way to try the different articles. would be highly recommended. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly enough, even there was a spit in the customer.

Ordered other dishes as antojito as well. it's a great way to sample the various items. would highly recommend. staff was friendly and the food came out quickly enough even there was a spike in customers.
