"However, I have a problem when attending their events. When I ask the waitstaff about drink specials, I often get responses like, "I don't know; let me check with a manager." By the time they return, I usually have already visited their Facebook page and found the information myself. Each time this has happened, they’ve come back only to tell me that there are no drink specials that night, and I’ve had to show them their own social media to prove otherwise. Additionally, I've encountered issues with billing. I noticed they overcharged me for drinks. While this is easily corrected, it’s still a hassle. During the last blacklight event, they offered jello shots that were supposed to be priced at $2 each, but one of the waitresses charged $3 each, pocketing the extra money. When confronted, they refused to rectify the situation for my friend. In summary, go for the food but be sure to double-check your bills when you're ready to pay."

"As a truck driver, I often find myself stopping at fast food places during my travels, and I can usually expect poor service and mediocre food. However, I was happily surprised by my experience at this Hardee's. The two women working there were fantastic. Their service felt genuine, and they greeted me with smiles as they went about their tasks. My food was served quickly, fresh, hot, and accurate – a combination that's surprisingly hard to come by these days. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and meal I received. I visited on October 11, 2023, around 11 a.m. One younger lady was at the counter while the other was handling drive-thru and assisting at the front. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4, with my lunch costing between $10 and $20. Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful experience!"

"1 star is still to high to rate it. Some dark haired girl talked down to my grandma in such a way I wouldn't even speak to a dog, all because we were trying to understand an issue with an order. My grandmother asked the girls name and she refused to give it, so now it's a battle with corporate. It's a shame how the company would have such a rude and hateful person employed."
