"1 star is still to high to rate it. Some dark haired girl talked down to my grandma in such a way I wouldn't even speak to a dog, all because we were trying to understand an issue with an order. My grandmother asked the girls name and she refused to give it, so now it's a battle with corporate. It's a shame how the company would have such a rude and hateful person employed."

"I’ve only been here a couple of times and it will be my last. Service is never great, always waiting a long time for anything. This time we came in just before 2 to order off the lunch menu. We were ready, and the server kept walking away then came back and hurried us to order so she could get it in before lunch. Ordered the chicken quesadilla and the chicken tasted foul. It was not freshly grilled to my order and it was noticeable. Then, there were roaches crawling on the wall and we notified the server but she was already aware of the issue and nothing was being done."

"The prices are very good and the food is great! The bang bang sauce is now one of my favorite toppers. Our server was very nice and attentive. Only thing really to be careful of is that the drink menu says that from 2:00 until close their jumbo margaritas are $5.99 but they told me at checkout that it's 3:00 to close so make sure to check your ticket."

"As a truck driver, I often find myself stopping at fast food places during my travels, and I can usually expect poor service and mediocre food. However, I was happily surprised by my experience at this Hardee's. The two women working there were fantastic. Their service felt genuine, and they greeted me with smiles as they went about their tasks. My food was served quickly, fresh, hot, and accurate – a combination that's surprisingly hard to come by these days. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and meal I received. I visited on October 11, 2023, around 11 a.m. One younger lady was at the counter while the other was handling drive-thru and assisting at the front. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4, with my lunch costing between $10 and $20. Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful experience!"
