This is the best food i found in San Diego. Simple but supremely well done. Beautiful Lil empanadas, and the chimichurri is stellar, perfectly balanced. And it's not expensive!

Great place for a quick bite as these are in warm ovens and ready to eat many different flavors and combo choices (with nice salad) at a reasonable price. Love the chimichiri sauce.

I was planning on heading to a coffee shop but this cute colorful empanada shop caught my eye and I'm glad I changed plans. I tried 2 empanadas. The spicy beef was very tasty and flavorful. The ham and cheese was delicious as well. They came with chimichurri sauce on the side. Staff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The prices are reasonable as well. I'll definitely be back

It was super fast, no line, it was good! The spicy sauce is yummy and more flavorful than the other sauce they have. The chicken and beef and caprese are good! The vegetarian ratatouille has way too much liquid and became soggy and fell apart, it was hard to eat and disappointing . Overall it was a good experience. Besides the fact the bathroom had 30 or so flies on my second visit. 2 of them is a filling snack/small breakfast! View menu

Best empanadas I’ve had. Larger than typical (3 is plenty) with great breading. Beef 9/10. Almost didn’t order this one since i thought it was basic, but it was very flavorful with the chimichurri sauce. Mushroom Goat cheese 10/10 phenomenal. Great balance between the two flavors and outstanding texture. Lamb 7/10. Seems to be the most popular on here, and while I love lamb and this had a delicious lamb flavor, I thought it could’ve been a bit more tender/juicy. Don’t get me wrong, it was still great, hence the 7/10.

Absolutely great little place serving delicious meat pockets. I've had to go here a couple times before I could try their lamb empanadas, they sold out on previous days before noon. I would definitely recommend getting their house made chimichurri sauce to go with your pockets. I also love how each empanada is crimped uniquely so that you can tell which one from your plate full you are eating. This is a new favorite on my list of hot spotsVegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options although I have not tried them

We've eaten here a few times and I didn't bother to complain that a previous orders had come with the empanadas missing and misplaced. But this is the third time the same thing has happened. We bought through the Door Dash app and with that it couldn't have been because they didn't understand the order over the phone like the another times. Anyway, I ordered 4 beef empanadas and only 2 came, which was not enough for my guests. We had to cut the empanadas in half so everyone could eat.So people count your order before go home! Don't trust! I don't think it's just a mistake anymore! View menu
