"Approached the wine bar looking for a cocktail, to then be greeted by a man who told us that everyone serves food if they serve hard alcohol, and that we should grab a few glasses of wine here instead and not have to order food. The waiter proceeded toinsist on us ordering food (even mentioning the first interaction). Was just annoying and rude. Then, he proceeds to tell usthat they only have a menu for food, mentioned 25% wine, so we ordered wine to then find out at our bill that each glass was$16. Overall such a cute spot but terrible service and steep prices."

Such a great place! Best happy hour spot in the area. Great tasting and snacks. Service was very quick, and very friendly employees.

I wouldn't come back here again, saw a white man asking a POC couple to be quiet after his comedy set. The couple weren't even being loud. Also this is a bar?? But staff did nothing to support the couple.

Blown away by the service! I didn't know what drink I wanted, explained some of my preferences, and was given a great wine. Food was fun, delicious, and easy to share. I am definitely coming back for more!

I am so glad to find this restaurant during this challenging times. I loved the pizza and pasta choices they had on the menu. Adding to that, I really liked drinks that I had. The staff is friendly and the patio-dining area was nicely decorated and it reminded me of being in Italy.

Last time we ordered, everything was fine. This time(03/05/22) less than 1/3 of the meat on the short ribs (you had to search to find the meat)...we realize times are difficult, but this is unacceptable, especially for the cost..we shall be looking for a restaurant that provides what it claims to provide.

Came in to grab a bite and some wine. My friend and I wanted to taste some wines before deciding on a bottle. The bartender asked what our price range and type of wines we normally prefer. He convinced us that we would enjoy a bottle from sterling vineyard. We were hesitant but he insisted. We are soo glad we took his advice, we loved the bottle. We ordered flatbread and mac cheese that we enjoyed.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
