"I frequently order from Ferrara’s and am always satisfied with their service. Last night, they went above and beyond with their customer service, which I truly appreciated. I placed a to-go order on my way home from Asheville, but got stuck in traffic due to an accident on I-40. I called them and they assured me they would hold my order. After 30 more minutes passed, they called to check on me and confirmed they would wait for me (even though it was close to closing time). When I finally arrived, I was warmly greeted with understanding for the situation and given a 20% discount and extra sauce since I would have to reheat my meal. Despite the delay, the food still tasted amazing and I left knowing that they truly care about their customers. Thank you! I will definitely be back soon."

This place is great! I recommend the penne alla vodka and the manicotti. Or the pizza. It’s all delicious! Staff is friendly and the order is always prepared quickly.

Order late and wrong. Waited 15 minutes for corrected pizza. Then all the other food was cold because they had no where to keep it warm. Used Slice to order and pre-tipped to be kind. Regretted it. View menu

The food is consistently cold and our orders have been messed up three times. The restaurant used to be great when the original owner was in charge, but since they left, the quality has declined. They also don't have everything listed on the menu.

This place serves a great pie, but their delivery service is dismal. I put in an order and 2 hours later still wasn’t delivered- it’s never been that long before but it’s often 1.5 hours. Dine in or pick up only otherwise you’re gonna need a crystal ball to know when to order to have it for dinner!

We just moved to Clyde and stopped in to Ferrara Pizza and Pasta. We were very pleased to find such a great place so close. Food and service is excellent along with generous wine pours. The owner introduced himself to us and came out of the kitchen regularly to check up on our food and service. We will absolutely be regulars. View menu

The restaurant should respect their operating hours! They advertise as open from 11am to 9pm, but when I arrived at 1pm today, there was no one there and no explanation on the door for their absence. I will not return as this is extremely unprofessional. There are plenty of other options for pizza in town. This is not how a business should be run!

I was in for a pizza to go around 7:45 when it was to be ready. I ordered a veggie with no broccoli or mushrooms and extra crispy. When I got there to pu she said it was no broccoli or onion. I said no and corrected the order. She instantly said no mushrooms on the veggie pizza. They quickly added the onions back which was great and I walked out and tipped spending almost $21 on my pizza. Got back to eat and it was covered in mushrooms which we all hate. I called so I could go back to have redone and it goes to a voicemail that is full. Drove up there and they were now closed. Very upset that I then had to get a second dinner. Very disappointed.
