"Overall, probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We were seated and immediately you could tell the staff did not have a very positive attitude. We waited over 30 minutes just for someone to take our drink order, we had to actually ask someone who was walking by to get our drinks because our waiter had yet to make an appearance. Then we ordered cheese dip and it was given to us cold, which is just gross. Then after about another 15 minutes someone who wasn’t our waiter took our food order. What really topped the cake though was when we took our kids to the bathroom we saw the staff having all sorts of fun and cutting up in the back. We actually never even met our server throughout this whole experience. They tried to compensate but, the poor service was enough to make me never want to come back and I never will. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice, great service and the food is delicious. My favorite is the salsa bar, the salsa tastes so fresh.

large local Mexican restaurant. fiesta is not the best Mexican food I've ever tried, but it's a great place visit. her personal is always friendly and her eating is delicious. I have to say that their goucamole definitiw is the best thing I ever had a Mexican restaurant and I love how they put it on the side instead of on my food. I also enjoy her bean dip coming with the chips and they have a salsa bar. if they live in the opposite, fiesta will not be a good one. View menu

We have eaten here a lot. I always get the pollo fundito. They never bring the guacamole salad and I have to ask for it. Today I asked for the same dish and was told it didn’t come with guacamole. I told them it said it on the menu. An older gentleman there said it only comes on the dinner portion not the lunch. But it clearly says it on the menu. They told me no and that it would be 2.00 extra. I think we may try the other Mexican restaurant in Williamston. The first photo is the lunch menu and the second is the dinner.
