"Omg!!! A Great Experience. The restaurant was clean, employees were well kept. I love Firehouse Subs. I've worked for the company when I was younger. I have been to all of them in the area except for the one on Haywood. I told my sister, let's try this one on Haywood. The Sub was Amazing. Neat, Fresh, they actually took pride in what they were doing. The other locations always get my toppings wrong or no Greeting. Less meat than normal. But the one on Haywood Road was Awesome. Thank you so much!! Going forward you guys will get my business. I will never eat at the Wade Hampton/Walmart location. Again thank you for a Great Experience. I use to always wish customers would tell me how I was doing when I worked for you guys. Thought I would let you guys know."

Nice, simple sandwich place with excellent courteous staff. Typical menu with lots of choices. Everything is made on the spot from fresh ingredients. Definitely would use them again.

Best customer service I've ever gotten from any fast food restaurant. There was one guy there working 03/29/2021 at 6pm. I don't know if he was the manager, but dang I liked him a lot. Will definitely keep going there in the future!

the workers there were so nice and SO patient despite my long orders! they were consistently polite and even really funny! and everything was so clean and neat! i very much enjoyed my meatball and enjoyed the service even better! 10/10 would come again! View menu

I have never ate at any fire house subs before I've always went to subways because they send me coupons in the mail but I'm on vacation and this place is right outside the parking lot of my hotel so we decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did its literally the best sub sandwich place ever and they have soups as well the potato soup is the best will definitely only eat at fire house subs from now on they are way better and more fresher than sub way I don't even care about the discounts the food is truly way better and the price is not that much of a difference
