Good Subs, they greet you when you come in. Never had a issue ordering on App, always on time. A bit pricey.

The first time here. The worker gave great details about the choice of sandwiches. Gluten Free choice of bread. I have the vegetable base. All right! All our parts were roasted and delicious!

The crew here is AWESOME! They go the extra mile to make the order right and the experience great! Store is clean and comfortable to be in. There is a noticeable difference from what it used to be. Thanks guys! View menu

It is unfortunate that their personnel plan caused the low evaluation. When we arrived there, it looked closed because chairs were open and no open sign. When we asked if we could dive into us, we were told that, as there were only three employees, they could not allow and maybe even early (posted time 9pm). You also forgot to ruin the woman's sandwich.

Like so many fast food joints today they failed to get the order correct. How hard is it to read the ticket? I simply ordered a childs Turkey, lettuce, tomatoe and mayo. What did I get? Bread and turkey! NOTHING ELSE. Found out when it was delivered at home.Then the manager wanted to know if I wanted to burn more gas and drive across town so they could make it right.Gey it right the first time. Start by firing the kid who can not read.

I had two simple sandwiches to he made an hour before close and they took awhile so I asked them how much longer on the subs politely, just checking in, after that not only was my gf pickle tucked weirdly under her sandwich being crushed (because he was making hers at the time) but also there was a HUGGGE hair across the whole sandwich that my gf bit into....are you SERIOUS that is straight up RUDE and disrespectful! Never trusting this place again with customer service... it ruined my gf's whole night and I kist wanted her to have a happy meal ??‍

Firehouse makes some of my favorite subs and this place has friendly, hardworking people who always seem to try to be their best despite being short staff at times (see the norm in these times). I really don't like to reduce the reviews of a place based on things that are out of their control, and every time I go to this place, I see people behind the counter do their best to be friendly and as fast as possible. I appreciate her very much and always enjoy walking in. Be careful when you dive to lunch on a weekday when you are in a hurry, but not accuse the people behind the counter. They do their best.
