"I just ate here for lunch and I understand that this is a respectable business, but I don't know if it was intentional or not, I placed an order and the cashier was a red head, at least her hair is colored red. Unfortunately I had already eaten half of my sandwich, when I found a red hair from that cashier and I looked through the rest of the sandwich and there was a really long hair in that part...So I think I have to go and throw up. I don't know what I did to her or any of the employees but they gave poor service and I don't think I'll be returning there, which I'm sure they don't care, but a word to the wise or not wise: Remember to check your food when you eat there..."

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was great—much better than Jersey Mike's!

This location is the best in town. They get busy during lunch but are always friendly and helpful. The food is always top notch as well.

Came in and had 10 people working including two manager types. Still, when I got home my order was wrong. Either the employees or managers need to file for government assistance because they don't have enough sense to make it in the business they're in.

I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and the customer service was excellent. However, I found some of the other customers to be quite bothersome, as they seemed overly focused on getting discounts. It was a bit frustrating, as I had other things to attend to. View menu

I ordered a hook and ladder sandwich on white bread, but the meat portion was much smaller than usual, and the bread was dry. If I were to try it again, I would opt for a smaller size with double the meat. However, I think I might skip it altogether next time.

I ordered my food through the app because I was on an important phone call that I couldn’t interrupt to speak with the cashier. After placing my order, I went to pick it up, but when I got home, I found that my sandwich wasn't made the way I had requested. I had to wait for 15 minutes while on the phone to sort it all out.

Had a great experience at Firehouse today! I work for Rivertown Toyota and we picked up a catering order! The order was ready to go and everyone was very attentive! Would love to give a shout-out to Gabby she helped me and coworker get things out to our car and she was very nice helpful; best experience I have gotten at a restaurant in a long time! Definitely recommend this place! View menu

in the front door the müll went flooded out and smells terrible. I had to get in. I was just turned around. I came in at 2 o'clock, so the business was slow. I'm waiting in the sound behind another customer. No one was in the restaurant. Once I got into the cash register, the dame informed me that it would be a 20-minute waiting for eating because they worked on online orders. I left.

Hey Team!Today has been a long day already! So of course I was looking forward to my lunch break. I was craving a meatball sub so I headed to get just that. Upon arrival I was greeted with all smiles and happy tones. The Firehouse Subs team quickly eased my mind and gave me outstanding customer service. Btw the food was great and now I have energy and an eased mind to finish my day. Way to go Firehouse! I’ll be back!!

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
