"Firstly, I wasn’t greeted with the usual "Welcome to Firehouse" that I’ve come to expect at other locations. Secondly, they completely ignored me while I waited to place my order, despite being the only customer there. It was only after I had been waiting for a while that they finally acknowledged me and apologized, but their apology felt insincere.
Additionally, I found their behavior unprofessional; they were making immature jokes loudly while preparing my sandwich. When my name was called for my order, I thanked them, but unfortunately, I received no response.
I don’t frequently write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. I hope the staff can learn some basic customer service skills and show a little more courtesy. To top it off, I also found a hair in my sandwich."
