I love eating here. Absolutely love the potato soup, but sad that I can no longer get the Cuban BBQ!!!! Please make this a regular sandwich option ??

Previously my favorite company sandwich shop was, but the price is just out of hand. The other night my partner and I got everyone a sandwich (LG-Club on a sub and LG Ruck Chicken; no add-ons and no chips), and we have our drink on the advertised Gallon Fountain. The total came to $45!!!! Definitely a disappointment.

This firehouse subs parking lot is insanely hard to get into unless you are coming from the northbound side of rt 4. The food is always good. Friendly staff that always greets you when you come in the door no matter how busy they are. They do alot for the community so the higher prices for a sub is kinda taken into account. Was not at all happy with my experience. I ordered two sandwiches for me and for my girlfriend. My name was called for my order, but they threw away some of my friends and their sandwich was not made. When I showed them my slip was missing with their sandwich. Then you made her a huge monstrosity of a sandwich. Come on. She was full of quarters. Will not be back to this place

After waiting for 20 minutes—during which I introduced myself several times—I noticed that the two ingredients I ordered seemed to be sitting in a pool of water and grease. It was quite unappealing and made my sandwich feel soggy. I wasn't aware that Firehouse Subs primarily serves hot subs. I was really put off by the appearance of the food, but after half an hour, I decided to give it a try anyway. When I finally received my sub, it was disappointing. The ingredients from various sandwich orders were all heated together and ended up looking unappetizing. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

What a warm, friendly, and polite crew they have working here. It really stood out to me after visiting another location in a nearby city that had the exact opposite and made me feel so unwelcome. They were quick, efficient, gave me a great salad and did it all with a smile. The best thing about this was when I complimented the young ladies on their great customer service they gave all the credit to their boss, and owner I believe. They said he was a wonderful boss to work with/for that it made them enjoy their job and want to do better for him.
