These guys are always great with service and friendliness. I usually stick with the hook and ladder. I ventured off the trail and tried the pulled pork, but I wasn't that impressed with it. Probably not the workers fault. I should have asked for more sauce.

First time coming in got the firehouse steak and cheese it wasn't good tasted like the meat was boiled in gravy I don't know if that is the goal but my mind was thinking it's close to a philly cheese steak when I ordered but unfortunately I was wrong I was so excited for it too.

good space for a good fast sub-sandwich! Lots of options to choose and create your own suboption! all ingredients are beautiful and fresh and taste amazing! I really like that sandwich, especially because they can add or remove elements. I asked for no mayo to make it healthier (they did it right, my picky vater really enjoyed it. it was a big hook and ladder, I gave the other half of my father. I was happy that my father ate it because it was a healthier option compared to other almost food. I also really liked the charming firefighter theme they had in the restaurant, the cash register was friendly.

I always see this spot and I said to myself. Hmmm I wonder if they have Pastrami. But I never went in. So last week Friday. I actually went in. And to my glory and wonder they had Pastrami. My eyes lit up and my taste bud began salivating. They were wonderfully kind and assisted me with making the right choice. So I got the pastrami on wheat with extra deli mustard and chopped pickles and light deli mayo. The first bite lifted me up where I belonged...where the Eagles fly....uh hummm you know what I mean. Suffice to say they got my attention. I love the sandwich and the customer service. This place is top tier official. I'll be baaaaack!

HOW DARE YOU ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME SIMPLY BECAUSE I WANT TO ORDER FOOD AND I WANT THE MISTAKES FIXED. Unbelievable experience at this location. They were better for a few weeks but now they are back to treating customers like **** and making sandwiches wrong and lying about what they did or didn't do. Asked for a supervisor and was told Joselyn was not there. No explanation as to where she was or when she would be in. So apparently these exceptionally rude and incompetent employees are left unsupervised. If I still worked in restaurant management, I would get a job there just so I could fire the staff and hire people who are familiar with customer service. View menu
