"I had the most awful experience at this Firehouse today. Usually when I go everything is calm pleasant and the workers are nice but I came today at 2:00 p.m. eastern time and it was terrible. I tried to get the $16 deal which included two medium subs two chips and two drinks and it said do it in the app or online I tried to add it online and it kept giving me error messages I don't know if it was because too many orders were being put in or something but I went into the restaurant to see if they would honor the deal because of the error messages and I had some coupons of my own with me. I asked the first guy could he honor it because I couldn't get it to go through online or on the app he wanted me to log into the app and show him that it's saying an error message and so I tried to log into the app but my phone was taking a really long time it's my fault I need to get rid of this phone it's been with me a while now and I've dropped it plenty of times but he was acting rude and then another young lady came up and she was like no, we can't honor that because it says online or on the app and I told her well online and on the app is giving me error messages and then I said okay can you just use my coupons one of my coupons said free combo and it it had chips and a drink in parentheses . I've had a bunch of firehouse coupons before because I go to Firehouse quite frequently I usually go to the one on woodruff road though and when it says free chips and drink it doesn't say free combo the coupon says free chips and drink with the purchase of a sub she told me that the free combo meant the chips and a drink the free combo didn't include the sub so I had another coupon and she stacked that coupon and it ended up basically being the same as the $16 but there was a lot of people behind me and I literally had to be embarrassed in front of all those people just because they didn't want to honor a $16 deal online and they were rude and then to make matters worse when I finally paid for everything and got in the car and my mom and my sister tasted their subs they said they were disgusting and I don't know if they were going too fast or what the situation was but the subs were gross and it was just an overall really bad experience right before Easter. It truly ruined my day."

Food is good, but I ALWAYS have to wait 40-45 minutes to get it. Even if ordered through the app ahead of time and there are 3 people in the kitchen...

They service their online orders before dinning room guests. We waited on 2 subs for over 20 minutes and there was little people in the dinning room. Personally you should service your face to face customers first. View menu

Wasn't greeted with the usual welcome to firehouse. My food was good though, my husband wasn't he said it was better when the older people was working the day before the younger crowd just rushed it. It was his 2nd visit and last visit.

I ordered the hero medium sub. I ordered with no tomatoes due to an allergy. Get the sub all the way home and there's tomatoes on the sub. The sub was also missing the roast beef it comes with. Forgot to give the pickle.... like come on!!!???

I came in on my lunch break last week and was not greeted when I walked in. I then immediately had to witness the manager berating her employees about something. The manager rung me up and was extremely short and rude to me. Took 20 minutes for my sub to get out and when I got it, it wasn't even what I ordered. Went back up to try and get it resolved and the manager was again very rude and rolled her eyes at me a few times. I did not feel welcome in that establishment and don't plan on coming back. I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but it's terrible. We were in on Saturday afternoon, 3 workers behind the counter, no one at the register. 2 of the 3 made eye contact and said nothing, not even We will be right with you. After about 10 minutes, someone finally came over, then shortly after that, 2 more workers came from a back room. It then took us another 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. Sandwiches that were very poorly put together, meat thrown about, just crooked and a mess. They were far from busy with only 8 other people in there. 4 of which had their sandwiches. I visited this location on 11/09/23 during the early day lunch. I ordered my food online and the pickup time was for 12:40pm. I walked in and I wasn't greeted by anyone. I went and got my drink and waited for my order. The two guys at the end of the line were talking and playing around while the rest of the crew was pretty serious about what they were doing. The manager came out and was very matter of fact that there should be no talking on the line. She wanted the food to be getting out to the room full of waiting customers. "This place has really gone downhill! I used to have breakfast here once a week and at first the food was fairly consistent (I always order the same thing). The last few times I went, which was over the course of several months, the food was AWFUL! I ordered a cinnamon roll that was served still frozen in the center. Customizations we 're ignored. Eggs were raw.. there were issues like these at every visit. But the very last time I visited, every single thing my party ordered was awful. One guest with a dairy allergy was served a dish smothered in sour cream (of course, they ordered it to be dairy free). Before it was even placed on the table, the food runner was made aware that it was made wrong, they apologized, and said they 'd remake it correctly. Several minutes later, they brought out the EXACT same plate of food except most of the sour cream had been scraped off, and from sitting in the back it was now cold. I was appalled! To add insult to injury, another person in the party had ordered a jalapeño cornbread that came out burnt to a crisp. This time, we told the server that it was exceptionally over cooked, which he agreed with, apologized, and said he 'd bring a less well done one . Same scenario this time..a few minutes later, the exact same, burnt to a crisp jalapeño cornbread was reserved to our table. At this point we sent back both dishes and asked to have them removed from the check. Initially the server said they would only to return a moment later saying the manager wouldn 't remove the dishes! The compromise was that we could choose 1 dish off the menu for them to prepare as a to go meal at no additional charge. We stated we just wanted the cost of the inedible food removed, but they firmly refused. When all was said and done, the $25 for food we never even touched remained on our bill. I will never be back!"
