"I recently visited the Firehouse in the Cordova Mall and had a disappointing experience. Even though there was a patron in front of me who had been waiting longer, the staff completely overlooked him and asked for my order instead. I pointed out that the other customer was ahead of me. While I was placing my order, the employee asked for my name and immediately tried to make a rhyme out of it, which felt unprofessional. When I finally received my order and opened it in my car, I noticed it was hastily put together, as if it had been thrown together in a rush. Firehouse used to offer a premium dining experience, but it seems those days are behind us."
