"I really enjoy Firehouse Subs. It 's one of the best 'fast food ' sub shops I have been to. When you walk through the door, employees will greet you and thank you for coming to Firehouse. While ordering, the cashiers are patient and may offer recommendations if you struggle to decide. My first time at Firehouse, I wasn 't sure what was good, so they told me what the local favorite and national favorite sandwiches were. The food itself is tasty, and certainly worth what you pay. The beef brisket and cheddar sandwich hits the spot slow cooked brisket with cheddar and BBQ. In my experience, meats at Firehouse are good quality, and the toasting/heating process turns out well. After you get a drink and choose your seat, they will bring the food over to your table. When you 're finished, they will take away your tray. I think these services are a nice touch for this kind of restaurant you don 't see Subway or Blimpies employees offering to clear off your trash. I appreciate the firefighter theme and I think Firehouse does a nice job of getting real firefighting equipment to put in their restaurants. The look is different, but doesn 't strike me as tacky or boring. Each location that I have been to also has a special painting of the local fire department, usually with a recognizable landmark or building in the background. I think Firehouse locations usually do a pretty good job of getting involved with the local fire department/the community in general. All in all I like Firehouse and will continue to go there fairly regularly. I recommend it to anyone."

I ordered the hot brisket sandwich, one of my favorites along with the hook-and-ladder. Be prepared to use some napkins for this sandwich! The sandwiches here are always served hot and fresh, or cold and fresh, depending on what you choose.

Love love love Firehouse subs!! Turkey Bacon Ranch (minus onion and mayo) is my go to. Their Reward Program is fairly generous. I love the fact their soda machine give you any option you can think vs here are your 5 options. Thank you for this. If you have a sweet tooth, there chocolate chip cookies are delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Becky, in particular, was fantastic at assisting me in choosing a sandwich, especially since I was unsure about which one to try. I'm glad I took her recommendation because the sandwich tasted amazing! I would definitely return to this location.

This is the perfect spot to grab a bite if you're hungover (or just really hungry). The sandwiches are juicy and flavorful, with delicious goodness dripping onto your tray. I've never had a sub here that wasn't expertly made and thoroughly enjoyable. Plus, if you're recovering from a hangover, you can do a good deed by donating to public safety when you place your order! View menu

"First, the restaurant is super cool. You enter and immediately see the open kitchen and bar below. We were seated with a great view of the working kitchen. It was our anniversary and they presented us with complimentary bubbly and a menu that read Happy Anniversary at the top. Our server was prompt and kind. We ordered apps and our meal at the same time. Apps were a little slow but we don 't mind taking our time. The andouille sausage over grits was good but a bit oversalted. The croquettes were good but somewhat mushy. Overall flavor profile was good. Some time passed after completing our appys and began to notice the kitchen plating dishes and entrees being served to every table except ours. Again, not in a hurry so we weren 't upset. But it became excessive. Large groups seated while we had appetizers were served their entrees. Small tables seated after we finished our appetizers were served. The kitchen can put out food fast, just not ours. So now our apps are expanding in our belly and our excitement about our meals are diminishing. Finally our entrees arrived. My snapper raw. So sad. The gnocchi was ok but again, way over salted. But the flavor profile was so good. This had the ability to be amazing. My husband ordered the wagyu flank steak. It was just not good. He barely ate one piece and left his sides as again they were way way over salted. Our server noticed that we barely ate our meals and spent time asking for feedback. She was very kind and the manager discounted my meal (which I did not want, but appreciate). Anyway, we probably won 't be back. Good presentations. Very good flavor profiles. Failure to deliver overall though due to extremely salty, improper cooking and extraordinary wait times. Hopefully they can improve as some other recent reviews reflect similar feedback."
