"Firehouse is the best sub shop around! You can get your sub in a small, medium, or large now and there are plenty of options for add-ons. They also have healthier and vegetarian options. The wait time is usually not bad as long as you don't go when they are super busy. The staff is very polite and always willing to fix any problems with a smile and yet I see rude customers all the time! There is one manager is particular, young girl with brown hair who is very sweet, you can tell she works very hard. Prices are comparable and it's a very clean restaurant, would highly recommend. I'm here all the time!"

So good, got Turkey bacon ranch that had great sauce, melted just right! Modern Coca-Cola dispenser. Also saw a new Jamaican Jerk sandwich we will have to come back to try! Very attentive staff also, seemed like we weren't actually fast-fooding!

This is the best Firehouse location. The gentleman who took my order is always friendly and I look forward to seeing him. The turkey bacon ranch is my favorite and is always very good. I live closer to other locations but come out of my way to come here.

Review isn't based on food, it's a chain sandwich shop, if you like Firehouse subs elsewhere, you'll like them here and vice versa. What makes this a great location is the people. Seriously, everyone always seems warm and welcoming, just a pleasant experience. Couldn't ask for anything better.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to order, but the manager who took my order was very patient with me. Additionally, the service at the Middletown location was impressively quick. I tried the Jamaican medium sub, and it was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to Firehouse Subs! I used to visit this restaurant for lunch frequently, but I hadn't been back in over a year. The sandwiches and service are still excellent. It was quite busy during my visit, so it took about 15 minutes for my sandwich to be ready. I accidentally ordered the small size, which was around 5 inches long. It was delicious, though! The sandwich, along with a drink and chips, came out to about $7 for that combo. Next time, I'm planning to buy a pickle bucket, which goes to a good cause.
