I and my family love sandwiches there were all made fresh and taste great.

I love visiting this place. I've been there many times, and it's a fantastic spot for a lunch break. I appreciate their support for first responders.

Firehouse in Dublin was very disappointing. Had to call three times to get order placed. Spent another 10 minutes waiting in the store. Sandwiches were good, but not worth the wait.

I had a very enjoyable experience. It wasn't crowded at all. Normally, I'm not a fan of sub sandwiches, but it was nice to try something different. The sandwiches here are really delicious!

Disrespectful Service. The person calling out names for orders made a comment about my name being unusual and complained about how to pronounce it to his coworker. He refused to say my name until his colleague had said it correctly. I’ve never experienced anything like this before—he was downright rude and made unnecessary remarks while I was sitting right in front of him. Does he really think I would want to return after this? Honestly, it wouldn’t have been a big deal if he had mispronounced it without all the extra commentary.

We called in an order to be picked up and left specific instructions on how to make the food as well as what drinks we wanted and chips. When my daughter went to pick up the order she noticed there was not any tea made. We ordered three large teas in our order. It was 7:15 at this point. They close at 9:00. We also paid $65.00 for food. The employee told her they would not make anymore tea because they probably wouldn?t sell it before they closed. I then called the store and explained that we would not have came if we knew they would not make tea and asked her to make the tea since they had almost 2 hours before they closed.
