"My husband and I first discovered Firehouse Subs when we were living in the Fort Smith, AR area around 15 years ago. He actually found it first and introduced me to it. I was instantly hooked, just like him. When we moved to OKC 11 years ago, there were no Firehouse Subs in the area, which was disappointing. So you can imagine our excitement when we found one not too far from our new home. Our son was too young to remember Firehouse Subs from our time in Van Buren, so when it opened in our new location, we had to go. He loved it from his first bite, always ordering the Italian sub. My husband always goes for the Hook and Ladder, and I used to get the Italian until I tried the Turkey Salsa Verde. It's delicious! Now our son is a freshman at ECU in Ada and unfortunately, they don't have a Firehouse location there. So whenever he comes home, he always has to get his Firehouse fix."
