"It hurts me that I had to say this bc I loved here. The girl who took our order assured me that there was no sauce at all on the cheese Steak Sub and after a while of waiting I checked it and sure enough it had sauce. I took it back and said I thought you had no sauce and said it had no sauce I didn't say it had no mustard. Okay, whatever it could be tortured to misunderstandings, even though their attitude stinks. Then she quickly roasted my sub. Not sure what she did with him bc it came back soggy and still tasted of mustard. I didn't want to complain again, I tried to eat and could?t. It was so delicate that I couldn't pick it up without getting the hands. So rough. I don't regret that they don't remake it. I went to my car and she made me uncomfortable with her attitude. I hate getting rude service and food that is not edible. I also hate that one of the only places I looked at in this area is ruined for me."

Great food! The first time I was here in a little while and the quality is as good as before! Friendly staff, and the owner goes around to check if all eat inside to make sure everyone enjoys the food. Definitely a great place to go!

The family truly enjoyed our subs. I got corn beef brisket. Wife got meatball and son got steak and cheese. All three superior in every way. Excellent job to the workers. Recommend to all my friends and family. Little far but worth it. Charlie

The family really enjoyed our parts. I've got corn spells. Wife has meatballs and son has steak and cheese. All three superiors in every respect. Excellent work on the workers. All my friends and family recommend. A little far, but worth it. Charlie View menu

The sandwich tasted great. It was packed with everything I asked for as well. Not badly priced but the size compared to other places makes it hard to know what's worth the price but Firehouse still has great tasting subs, just maybe two dollar decreasewould be more appealing.

The sandwiches here are always great. The staff, however, is just about as bad as it gets. 45 minute wait for a standard order sandwich. They?ve got 8 staff members working today well they have 3 people who seem to be working. I?m not really sure what they other 5 people dressed in the Firehouse uniform are doing. Maybe they?re here for a photo shoot. I won?t be coming back.

The food is quite delicious for a chain, it definitely Tops Subway and DiBellas in the area. The portions are decent, but nothing special for the price. The quality of ingredients was good and everything seemed fresh. Overall, I say I'd probably eat here again in the future. You have a cool promo on your site if your name is the daily selection, you will get a free sub on the way, so check that.

"My girlfriend and I decided to take a romantic getaway on the finger lakes and our drive had us passing through Ithaca, so we decided to stop for dinner. A good friend recommended this place, and admittedly I was skeptical of Italian food this far from New York City, but I trust their recommendations and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. For our wine selection, our server allowed us to sample one of the wines by the glass, which tasted thin. When we described what we wanted, she came back with a reasonably priced bottle that exactly hit the deep red notes that we were looking for (see the picture for the winery vintage if interested . We started with the crostini sampler. In my opinion, the Caponata was the best, but they were all interesting to try and I was glad we got all three. As a nice touch, they cut each crostini in half so my girlfriend and I could both easily sample each one. For dinner, I had the grilled hanger steak, which came with rapini and shoestring fries. I admittedly gave an annoyingly long description of how I wanted it cooked (essentially rare+ and they nailed it. The steak was fantastic, but the accompaniments were so good that they almost stole the show. The shoestring fries’ rosemary seasoning was a fun twist and the rapini was both familiar (garlic and olive oil and excitingly different. For dessert, I had what was essentially espresso mousse with graham crackers and a glass of dessert wine. While probably the weakest course, it was still a delicious way to cap an amazing meal. The mousse required a bit more texture, but fortunately they provided graham crackers on the side (which I suggest crumbling into the mousse . I’d highly recommend checking this place out if you happen to be in the area."

"Been here three times all my life in Ithaca. The first one was with my department bestie as it was our first time hanging out together and I taught her how to use chopsticks, how cute is that? And the second time was with my bf and the third time was with an old friend with her friend who were both new students this fall. The place was super strategic as you could see it from across the Seneca street bus stop because it was located hooked and the signage was kinda readable from far away. Also, they placed a printed menu on the window so that people could easily see both menu and the ambiance of the place directly although I could hold my waves of laughter a lot as I sat twice at the table near the menu because people could be very intense when seeing the menu and they might also watch us eating a bit. The staffs were attentive and friendly but their opening hours might be the quickest place to close as they close around 8pm. Food-wise, they have a wide variety of Korean and Japanese food and some kind of fusion Asian cuisine like the name of the restaurant!! I once went with fusion raw, cooked, and deep-fried sushi rolls which were so good, and some were categorized as spicy but not that spicy for my appetite. And then I tried the Vegetable Pajun or pancake served with a sour sauce which had not much flavor but the crispiness saved the game. To be honest, not really a fan of Korean food but I did try the Jjam Bong with chicken and it turned out so flavorful and the soup was spicy which I loved. The shredded chicken was tender and scrumptious also the noodle was cooked perfectly for me. Recommended to those who want to try comfort and tasty Asian cuisine around Downtown but make sure to seal the deal before 8pm so you will still be seated !!"
