The sandwiches at this place are incredible! My all-time favorite is the steak and cheese. You have to try adding mushrooms; it makes it even more delicious!

I absolutely loved the Virginia ham sandwich. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant also had pandemic precautions in place, and the staff was excellent.

Without a doubt, this is the best Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. We visit every week, and the staff is always friendly, the restaurant is kept clean, and the subs are consistently delicious. I highly recommend this place! View menu

When I had to switch to a gluten-free diet, I thought I'd have to bid farewell to Firehouse Subs for good. Fortunately, they now offer gluten-free rolls, and I'm delighted to say that the taste is just as incredible as it always was! Thank you for reintroducing gluten-free options into my life!

The sandwiches are absolutely fantastic every single time! However, the customer service is a real issue. I've given them three chances, but I'm done. Each time I visit, the employees seem inattentive. They greet each other and chat for several minutes, completely ignoring customers. Because of this, I won't be returning to this place—it's just too stressful for me.

I experienced a lot of issues with the mobile app, as it crashed twice after I entered my order and payment details. I requested Italian dressing on the side, but it was completely missing from my order. I ended up having to place my order in the restaurant due to the app crashes, and it took around 15 minutes to receive just one sandwich, even though I was the only customer there. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. I think they should seriously reconsider their approach; if customer service isn't a priority, perhaps the restaurant should close its doors.
