This would be my second time ordering from Fire House at this location through Uber Eats I ordered a HL Sub with chips. No Chips!!! This would be the second time i didn 't receive an item i paid for. I 'm Very disappointed ????

This is my second time ordering from Fire House through Uber Eats. I ordered a half sub with chips, but there were no chips included! This is the second time I've received something that I paid for but didn't get. I'm really disappointed.

I enjoyed an Italian sub, and it was amazing! The staff was friendly and brought it to my table quickly. The sub was delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I highly recommend this Firehouse location and will definitely be back. View menu

I had to wait 25-30 minutes for a sub, even though three people who came in 10 minutes after I placed my order received their food before I did. They ordered the same way I did and left before me. This is an example of poor customer service.

I really enjoyed my sub, which stayed fresh even after a long day at work—I waited over 15 hours before finally digging in. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms, the staff were friendly, my order was accurate, and the service was fast. And if you happen to find that your pickle is missing when you unwrap your sub, don’t panic! Just check under the paper lining in the box. I was worried they'd forgotten it, but I found it there later!

I visited the restaurant last night for a quick meal and had a great experience. The main person at the register, who appeared to be a manager, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the lettuce recall to a couple ahead of me and was friendly and professional with everyone who came in. While the restaurant could have used a little more cleanliness, I understand that many places are still facing staffing shortages. Overall, I was really impressed with the service. View menu

Terrible experience. Now I understand why this place was empty on a Saturday during peak lunch hours. They can't even get the simplest orders right. I asked for a Hook and Ladder with everything except onions, but received just turkey with no toppings at all. Then I ordered a Smoked Turkey with only lettuce and mayo and ended up with turkey and ham topped with tomatoes. The guy at the register was helpful and tried to address the issues, but it seems like the team making the sandwiches just can't follow instructions. I had a terrible experience here, and now I understand why the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. They couldn't even get the simplest orders right. I ordered a hook and ladder with everything except for the tossed salad, but I ended up with just turkey. Then, I asked for the smoked turkey with only salad and mayo, but received turkey and ham with tomatoes instead. The cashier was friendly, which I appreciated, but it seems their team really struggles with making sandwiches and following instructions. If you decide to visit, you might need a lot of luck to get your order right.

The drink station was in disarray, with syrup splattered everywhere, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. The staff seemed disinterested, more focused on their conversation behind the counter than on serving customers. Service was slow, the tables appeared to have not been cleaned after previous meals, and the floors were dirty, covered with a layer of dirt, spilled drinks, and leftover food. I don't know who the owner or manager is, but the place is not presentable for dining. While the sandwiches we ordered were tasty, the lack of cleanliness was quite off-putting.
