Emily at Beaches Hodges was incredible! I will definitely make a point to visit this location for excellent service every time.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this place and the inviting vibe it creates. The establishment is tidy, the service is fast, and there are plenty of friendly faces to be found!

This would be my second time ordering from Fire House at this location through Uber Eats I ordered a HL Sub with chips. No Chips!!! This would be the second time i didn 't receive an item i paid for. I 'm Very disappointed ????

Food was good but after ordering on their automated telephone system-we waited over 20 minutes for a 2 sandwich order. Other customers came, ordered, ate and left. Then they realized that the order had been ready and sitting on a shelf. ?

Disappointed with what used to be a favorite place. Half of the choices in beverages not available; no ice in the machine, no napkins, dirty restroom, and the worse, the employees seem not to care. Sandwiches still good but the experience was far from what used to be. Missing the smiles and good vibes of the place. Hopefully this serves as a wake up call before it is too late!

I stopped by for a quick bite yesterday evening, and I was really impressed. The captain who managed the register was fantastic. He explained the salad options thoroughly and remembered a few customers who came before me, showing he was friendly and professional with everyone who walked in. While the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner, I understand that many places are short-staffed right now. Overall, I was really pleased with the service.

I visited the restaurant last night for a quick meal and had a great experience. The main person at the register, who appeared to be a manager, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the lettuce recall to a couple ahead of me and was friendly and professional with everyone who came in.
