Very friendly employees is much so that they gave me a free drink when I only wanted a drink . How nice is that !

The restaurant offers a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The service was quick, and the staff behind the counter were friendly and welcoming.

They attempted to create a festive atmosphere with fireworks, which was nice. I enjoy being at this place. The steamed sandwiches are particularly good. I placed an online order, but my meal was not prepared when I arrived, and they didn’t even attempt to make it. I was only offered a refund the next day. I recommend avoiding online orders from this location, as they clearly don’t value their customers or their business. Look for another Firehouse Subs in Orlando; I’m sure you’ll find a better option. The manager here is completely incompetent.

I placed an online order, but when I got there, my meal wasn’t ready, and it looked like they hadn’t even begun preparing it. They offered a refund the next day, but that didn’t improve my experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online from this location; it feels like they don’t appreciate your business. I suggest looking for another Firehouse in Orlando—there are probably better options available. The manager here seems to be lacking in competence.

The manager appears to be having a tough time, and I truly sympathize with him. There were five staff members on duty, but none of them seemed to be helping each other and they were openly expressing their frustrations. I waited ten minutes to place my order, despite being first in line, and the woman taking my order was lying on the counter, which felt quite disrespectful. If someone doesn’t want to work, they might as well stay home. There's no reason for customers to feel like we owe them anything. Overall, the team seems uncoordinated. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich without cheese due to a dairy allergy, and I used Grubhub for the delivery, which turned out to be just as disappointing. The sandwich was completely covered in melted cheese, and the chips I received were sour cream and cheddar, which also contain dairy. After several frustrating calls to both the restaurant and Grubhub, I struggled to get a refund. I had to argue for a refund for our entire order since we couldn't eat anything, and it was embarrassing in front of a child who didn’t have a sandwich. Overall, the service was terrible.

I had a disappointing experience during the night shift at this restaurant. The employees were quite unfriendly and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. I waited for 15 minutes without anyone attending to me. Not a single staff member checked in to see if we needed anything, and the one person who did acknowledge us had a dismissive attitude, making it clear she was not interested in serving us. I visited this location on July 13th at 8:15 PM to treat myself to a meatball sub for my birthday. Unfortunately, I was not greeted when I walked in, nor did anyone acknowledge my presence at the front counter as I waited to place my order. I had to ask one of the employees if someone could take my order. The young lady who was cleaning appeared focused on her task and responded with attitude, saying she would assist me shortly, as if she was not interested in taking my order. When I requested a meatball sub, she informed me that they were out of meatballs because they were closing in 30 minutes (it was 8:15 PM at the time).
