"Biscuits and Gravy were legit, but the potatoes as a side were almost entirely raw and drenched in oil. The eggs were also definitely not farm direct as their branding claimed. At least they were NOT fresh. We have a personal flock of free range egg laying chickens, and if their eggs did come direct from farm, they sat in the back of their fridge for a month. Flavorless rubber flavor. Our server Makenzie was great, but way understaffed. One thing is they need to disclose forced tipping. Before you get angry we left a 45 tip. Left a 30 cash tip, and when we went to pay the bill the options were 15 , 20 , 25 , other suggested 30 . I just hope she wasn 't forced to split the tips. I literally tried to flag down 3 other servers, who were just doing walk around checks, and they two looked right at me waving and just straight ignored me. The other server was a blonde and she was so swamped I totally understand her (assuming she) not noticing. TL;DR: Most staff couldn 't be arsed, and I feel bad for the few who are clearly busting their behinds to pick up the slack. And don 't eat the potatoes because they can 't cook them for s# €. If you haven 't ever had real farm fresh eggs, we 'll you probably wouldn 't notice."

This restaurant never fails to deliver fresh, delicious food ! The coffee is strong and tasty. Do the partiers need a little hair of the dog ? Big **** Marys or whatever you need.

This is one of my favorite brunch spots. I've tried several items off the menu and have never been disappointed. My favorite is The Works Omlet with seasoned potatoes. The toast that comes with it is very good too. It's so much food at a reasonable price. Service has always been good at this location. View menu

I ordered online and then headed out to pick it up. I didn't expect my order to be ready, but when I arrived, I found it neatly packaged on the to-go shelf. Everything was just as I ordered, and the food was fantastic. The potatoes are absolutely amazing! They are a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure.

This was my first visit to this chain, and I was impressed. The service was quick and very friendly. It’s always great to get a little extra assistance with understanding the ingredients and menu items. The food was exactly as described—fresh and delicious. The quality of the ingredients was clear, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I hope they’re planning to open a location in Michigan soon!

Had the best brunch I could eat this everyday life! My mother doesn't come out because of health problems. We are still very careful because this pandemic is not over! When I expressed this to our greeting, she was glad to sit in an area that didn't have many other people. The food was excellent. Our server Jennifer handled us well. I wished only greetings and servers had masks....as always the person who brought our food to the table. View menu

The service was outstanding! We were seated promptly, drink orders were taken quickly, and they even brought our coffee to the table first! The food was delightful; the Eggs Benedict were exceptional, featuring a perfectly made hollandaise sauce with just the right touch of lemon. I highly recommend the fried potatoes, which were seasoned perfectly, and the fruit was in season and very fresh. I can’t wait to return to try more items from the menu!

I was at several locations of this restaurant during the trip for work. This morning I brought my appetite and ordered the morning veggie Omelette. It was like an egg Burrito filled with creimini mushrooms, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots and just the right amount of melted goat cheese. It came with its really good whole grain bread and a small salad that had a delicious and brownish dressage. This restaurant chain knows what they do and everything on the menu is reliable top notch!

"Update 8.20.22: One of the managers from Malones called me after reading my two-star review. He was courteous and apologized for our recent visit (read below . I wanted to update my review with FIVE stars. An establishment that cares for their customers deserves a pass now and then. We will be back. I’ve added some photos of some of our visits over the years along with the letter from corporate. Good job, Malones! Original review: First, let me start by saying we’ve been fans of Malone’s for over twenty years, and with four children, we’ve always counted it as a splurge, but Malone’s is their favorite restaurant to celebrate birthdays. We are always pleased with their exceptional service, every table having several waiters to help, and even the manager stopping by your table to check if you had a great experience. Last night, (8.13.22 our daughter was turning 21 and like usual, Malone’s was her choice, talking about it for weeks and planning what she would order. When our dinners arrived I was immediately surprised at how poorly plated my daughters twin filets looked. They were slapped on a plate, not cleaned up — gravy spread all over — making it look like it came straight from a frozen food box. Normally, we take photos of our choices but I didn’t even bother since her plate looked so unappetizing. Also, she ordered a baked potato that arrived on a separate plate, making it very awkward, switching from one large plate to another and so on. I was so sad for her. I’m not sure exactly what happened last night but it wasn’t what we expected AT ALL. Other issues — my husbands beer arrived midway through his meal, the birthday cookie dessert was melted (since the waiter set it on the hostess desk while he served water and bread to another table . We told him NUMEROUS times that we were NOT in a hurry so there was little need for him to bring the dessert with another tables drinks… it made no sense . Speaking of the waiter—despite the several snafus, we tipped correctly (20% , because we know hospitality is a difficult job, especially on a busy Friday evening. Having said that, he wore a larger mask, making it difficult to hear him in the loud dining area. He also wore kitchen food-grade gloves (the noisy, uncomfortable ones , and honestly, neither of those things bothered us. The issue was watching him fumble while wearing the gloves, pulling an open soy sauce bottle straight from his apron pocket — really? I declined the sauce. If he was so worried about germs, having the open bottle in his pocket is a red flag that being sanitary was not his main goal. The whole thing was just odd. If you’re going to wear a mask and gloves—fine—but choose a job in the restaurant where you aren’t expected to be heard or understood. The best part tho, I’m kidding, was going to the ladies room to find NO toilet paper —NONE—in either stall, and having to use the only two remaining seat covers as a waste paper. C’mon? The floors were wet and I’ve already broken a hip in my life so that was frustrating getting out of there. Was the food good, aside from the steak, yes, it was. Will we be back? I don’t think we will for a celebration. Which is sad. I hope this location can give us a better experience if we return. We were all just disappointed, and the manager would have known had they simply stopped by our table and asked. You know, like they usually do."
