"Did 2 orders this week. One bacon cheese for delivery, they left out the bacon. The app reimbursed me. Went in person today and ordered a bacon cheese burger. Saw the woman put it together and she forgot the bacon. Told her and she rudely said therewas bacon even though I watched her. Opened the burger and had to show them, before someone corrected it. Got home andrealized the grilled onions I asked for weren't grilled. Stop charging extra for a bacon cheeseburger if you're consistently notincluding bacon. Won't be going here again and telling others to avoid as well. Seems like they consistently don't get ordersright regardless if you order for delivery or order in store and watch them make it, even though all ingredients are literallywritten out infront of them."

A little expensive for the size of burger (even the large burger is small)

The onions weren't grilled, and there was too much sand. The fries were soggy and could have been better.

The burgers and fries were great as usual, extra friendly service with a smile and all the toppings you could drink. View menu

Ok food is fire. But how I got my burgers 19 mins before my shakes. How u ask....homeboy at the register forgot about me. Called my number for burgers but handed out 4 to 5 shakes to other customers and I'm just standing there like..... .experience waswak.

The burger and milkshake were fantastic, easily a 10/10. However, they really need to tone down the Cajun seasoning. The Little Cajun Fries were so heavily seasoned that they were inedible and ended up in the trash. Even after I poured them out, there was still about a quarter of the container filled with just seasoning. View menu

This place is nice and cozy when I went there were literally only 3 people there the place was practically empty. The employees were all busy doing what needed to be done everybody working hard to get the food out as quickly as possible. They had 2 boxesof complimentary peanuts open for people to take. I got my food about 15 min after ordering and it was delicious I got a hugeamount of fries as is typical when ordering from five guys this was my first time at this location but it's definitely not goingto be my last.

Very nice place, clean and neat. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was so delicious. Compact, humble team work over there, preparing tasty food for hungry Newyorkers. And they are doing that with a lot of passion, professionalism, and skills. They definately deserve each they make. And a raise as well! For both manager and staff. They know what they are doing, believe me. My bacon cheeseburger was out from this world, juicy, meaty, rich, suculent...mmmmhhhh!! Fries...Mc Donalds should learn from them! Sodas from fountain, free refill. Fast service, my burger was ready in 5min. Clean restrooms, considering very busy neighborhood. A few steps from the Church of Jonh Divine.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
