"Fred’s is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to that has refused to give us extra napkins. My wife only got one with her meal and I got two. When I asked for extra they literally gave me ONE more. I said I’m going to need more than that and they actually said NO!! It’s restaurant policy not to give extra napkins!! My wife and I were only allowed 2 napkins each for our $30 worth of sandwiches. It’s completely unacceptable and frankly insulting to be told no when you ask for napkins. This place has gone downhill. The chairs and tables look like they were purchased at a garage sale. They only sell soft drinks from a local vendor and they taste horrible. Find someplace else to get your Philly’s because Fred’s isn’t worth going to."

Awesome staff and even better food. Ordered the original Philly cheesesteak, fried pickles, and the cheesesteak fries. Fried pickles are salty so order with ranch.

So happy the went back to regular hours. Open until 8:00 now. I used to go to a cheese steak place on Parker but it closed a few years ago. Glad I can get one close by again. The service is great and I get the sandwich to go. Tastes great. Recommend.

Order at the counter Philly cheese steak restaurant in a strip mall with kinda tight parking. Restaurant has been around for a long time and is showing it's age. Probably due for a remodel. I'm visiting from Phoenix, AZ, and decided to search for Philly cheesesteaks. I ordered a variety of food from Fred's via DoorDash, and I have to say, these are the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had. I've tried cheesesteaks from the top places in Philadelphia, PA, and none compare. The steak and pastrami with mustard were absolutely fantastic—truly unmatched!

Are you kidding me? Look at this sloppy trash. $60 in sandwiches and this is what I get. Ya'll are nasty and trashy. Paper wrappers? The paper is so soggy and wet it's molded into the actual break and can't pick it out. It's the equivalent to dropping in water then wrapping it w tissue paper. Shoved and smooshed into 1 bag. I cannot believe all these reviews saying how good and best in town. Poor Texans have no idea what a real philly or any sandwish for that matter should be
