We were quite disappointed when the restaurant in Monroe, Louisiana, shut down. Now that we've moved here and found this location, we're absolutely delighted! The food was exceptional! Our waitress was wonderful, and we really enjoyed being able to choose our own ingredients and see our meals being prepared right in front of us!

The food was truly delightful. I ordered the large bowl, which included fried rice, noodles, and cabbage. However, I would recommend avoiding the cabbage as a side, as there was barely any of it. The brownie for dessert was outstanding! The staff were friendly and attentive. This was my first visit, and I can't wait to come back.

Talea, Jason, and Jessica provided exceptional service throughout our visit. They took care of us from the moment we arrived until we left, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. I've visited this location several times in the past, but it seems to have taken a turn for the worse in terms of customer service. I came here on my birthday and was turned away because they closed early due to a staff shortage. The next morning, when I arrived at opening, the service was quite slow and the employees didn't seem as friendly, likely because they were overworked. However, I was pleased to find that the food was excellent, as always.

The bowls at this restaurant are not only delicious but also customizable, and they come in surprisingly large portions that make them worth every penny. The staff is friendly, although it often seems like they are slightly understaffed during my visits; however, the wait time is not excessive. Regarding cleanliness, they provide gloves for customers to use while choosing their ingredients. Additionally, there is a good selection of appetizers and desserts, including gluten-free options.

I hadn't been to this Genghis Grill in several years, and I remember it being very good. First, I want to mention that our server was incredibly attentive. She always kept our glasses filled and was very personable. She definitely earned her tip. However, there were two reasons I was disappointed with our visit. First, another server brought us meals that weren't ours. We were expecting different dishes, and I even received a smaller bowl than what I ordered. The second issue was the cost. I hadn't visited this Genghis Grill in a few years, and my past experiences had been quite positive. First, I want to commend our server for her attentiveness. She consistently kept our glasses full and was very friendly, truly deserving of her tip. However, there were a couple of issues that left me feeling disappointed with our visit. Firstly, another server accidentally brought us meals that were not ours, and I suspect I received a smaller bowl than what I had actually ordered. Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high. Despite going for lunch without ordering any alcoholic drinks, our bill exceeded $25 per person. Unfortunately, I don’t think we'll be returning.

The cooks and server were nice. Food was pretty good but they were out of my favorite seasoning, so that was a bummer. The place has become very run down and we feel it's going to shut down any day now. That's a shame, as it used to be a family favorite for us. Top three issues from this visit: 1. For a regular bowl, the charge on our bill was $15.99 each instead of the $14.99 shown on the scanned menu. They also added two egg charges but only added egg to one of our bowls. 2. They gave tiny, flimsy plastic utensils (why? that couldn't spear and couldn't support much more than a piece of meat. I doubt it's a COVID precaution, as they use washable drink cups and glasses. 3. I really tried to have a bad day, but it didn't work out that way. I ordered a bowl for curbside pickup, but ended up going inside to collect it instead. I was feeling quite irritable and was determined to stay that way. However, Stephanie greeted me with such kindness and warmth! She was genuinely apologetic and did everything she could to ensure I left happy. To top it off, the new GM, Joshua, who had just started a week ago, came over to check on me.
