"I usually order from this location a few times a month for the past couple of years and have never had an issue until today. I ordered online and 20 minutes after my order was placed, someone called to tell me that they do not carry the dessert I ordered online they had just not removed it from the menu yet. They canceled it from my order and refunded that part to my card. No big deal. Then I arrived at their pickup window and was told my order wasn't quite ready and it would take another 2 minutes. No problem. Twelve minutes later, no order, no update but 2 cars have apparently pulled in behind me at the window. I am also now late for work. The owner then returns from making a delivery, I presume, and comes to the window to ask what I ordered. I tell him and without checking anything about my order, he tells me to pull my car up because there are cars behind me. Never went to see what was taking so long with my food, didn't apologize for how long I'd already been waiting. I refuse because I have now been waiting 15 minutes when they could have just told me up front that my food wasn't even in the oven when I got there! His son is literally standing behind him with my food and he won't allow him to give it to me and threatens to cancel my order because I was RUDE He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had been patiently waiting prior to his arrival, as it seemed like his son was working alone in the restaurant. Won't be back."

Service was poor called the order over the phone and wasn't ready when I got there outside of the store was in poor condition looks like an old Wendy's employees spent more time outside the building than in. Don't waste your time.

This store was very clean from the parking lot to the interior of the store. The countertops were even clean. I'm not sure but, when I went inside I saw only 1 person and She was on the ball because my order was already bagged and ready to go. She did a very good job for being the only person there. I ordered 16 wings but only received 8 whole wings. When I called to inquire about the missing wings, a manager was very disrespectful and hung up on me twice without providing his name. Someone like that should not be working in customer service if they do not know how to properly communicate with customers or handle a situation. This behavior needs to be reported to the restaurant's corporate office.

My kids love the pizza here and I can order large quantities at an affordable price. On a special night when it was snowing and I couldn't drive far, I chose Georgios because they were nearby and offered delivery. The pizza arrived on time, but unfortunately, when cleaning up the leftover pizza, I discovered hair baked into the crust. When we called to complain, the manager apologized and offered us a free pizza. While adding sausages to a pepperoni pizza may be considered a mistake, finding hair in the crust is unacceptable. Most restaurants have measures in place to prevent these types of accidents.
