The customer service was lacking. The cupcakes were dry, and the icing was overly sweet, making them unenjoyable. There was no balance to the flavors.

Presentation looks nice, but cupcakes taste like it’s box made and not from scratch. I tried each one of them, and I was disappointed. Waste of money.

These cupcakes are the best cupcakes i’ve ever tasted, my family and i got 6, wedding cupcake, lemon cupcake, chocolate chip cookie dough, banana pudding, oreo, and red velvet.They were so good I had to write this review. Defintley worth the hype 10/10.

Cupcakes are good , not great in all either the cake didn't taste the best kinda dry or the icing was off just way too sweet or not sweet enough. Now usually great customer service will get 2 stars to start off with but wasn't nothing over whelming they helped didn't smile kinda was a drag they were there. Location is easy in and out on Lakeland Boulevard a few miles from I-55. Atmosphere is inviting. Workers are pleasant. Prices are reasonable. Good variety of flavors. The cupcakes are delicious!I 'd tell you more, but I 'm busy enjoying these I regularly drive 40 miles roundtrip for.PS... you deserve some treats. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant last year. They charged me for a cupcake that I never received, and when I brought it up, they were dismissive and argumentative even with my receipt in hand. I contacted their corporate office, but they did nothing to resolve the issue, and I never received an apology. I cannot support a business that engages in such dishonest practices, so I will not be returning.
