"The food was delivered to the table cool to the touch. The fajitas were obviously not fresh the rice had just been taken out of the fridge as it was cold. The staff ignored our table for 40 minutes, offering no refills on drinks or chips, not checking on us or our food especially since we weren’t eating it. We got no ticket had to go get our own to go boxes so that we could take the food home to heat up. It’s one of the few Mexican restaurants in Coweta obviously they’re not concerned with their customers since there’s no where within 15 miles to go for Mexican cuisine. If you are wanting good food that’s fresh hot, AVOID this place!"

"This place often has long lines, but honestly, it's not worth the wait or the money. We asked to substitute a flavor they had, but they couldn't understand how to make the swap because it wasn't the name of the cone. It was quite puzzling. The place also looks unclean, and I doubt they adhere to health code guidelines. My budget for toilet paper is questioning how this place gets away with it, especially for something as simple as a snow cone. To sum it up, people in Oklahoma seem to go crazy for sugary treats, but just because there are long lines doesn't mean it's the best, which might explain the lack of reviews on Yelp."

"I am so thankful to have this restaurant in Coweta. The food is great and consistent. It’s kind of hidden due to its location and I hate when it’s not busy because I worry it’ll go out of business, but I always enjoy eating there. I do think they need to make it more of a sports bar atmosphere if it’s going to follow that theme. Needs tvs playing sports and alcohol. If the name and menu items themed around the sports page, it would be fine the way it is as a small town steak house. Do yourself a favor and try the dessert. The blackberry pie is amazing. Also they are not fast and the service isn’t the most friendly you’ll ever get. This is a small town restaurant that seems to hire high school kids. They are fine if you have some patience with them and show them kindness first. It’s not Texas Roadhouse- they have much poorer access to employees I imagine. But it’s local and it’s good."

"My wife and I invited friends to lunch at 1843. It was convenient and it is a nice restaurant, that we thought they might enjoy. It had been over a year since we had dined there. Chicken Tequila Pasta (Today 's Special), Smoked Cheddar Burger, RWB Salad, and Blacken Salmon, was our order. I said that I would try a burger on the next visit. It didn 't happen, instead, I had the Blackened Salmon. It was a large fresh fillet of Norwegian salmon with house spice rub, flawlessly grilled to a crusty finish. A honey siracha drizzle decorated the plate and glazed the salmon filet. The tangy, sweet and spiciness complemented the mild flavored salmon and the pepper corns in the rub. The garlic mash potatoes were perfect. A pleasing trace of garlic could be tasted, but it was not overpowering. The asparagus was fresh, tender and steamed leaving a little snap in each bite. An excellent meal. All meals were enjoyed. The plates were empty when we departed. The receipt said Abigail was our server. Good job, Thank You! I was going to tell the chef what a great job he did on the mashed potatoes, but I was afraid he would figure out that I was the guy that was bitchin ' about 'em and the gravy in my first review. If he reads this, he got the message. We will try not to let so much time pass, before our next visit."
