Hannah's General Store

Hannah's is a great little store. My only complaint is they have now lemon aid in the fountain. I like my lemon aid with a splash of ice tea in it and they have none on the fountain. If they did I'd stop there every morning.

My order is over an hour old and I am still waiting. What on earth do they need to do to my food that takes that long? No apology for the wait and no explanations given. Just unacceptable. I would have just cancelled the order if I knew it would takethis long.

The last few times I've been here the same girl is working the register, and she is so rude!! I would have given a rating of 0 if I could have!!! I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and always loved the ladies who worked there but these last few times were ridiculous. View menu

I've been waiting for over an hour for my order, and I still haven't received it. What could possibly take so long to prepare my food? There has been no apology or explanation for the delay, which is simply unacceptable. If I had known it would take this long, I would have just canceled my order.

I had some spare time and a big appetite, so I decided to drop into Hannah's to see if there was anywhere in town to grab a bite. The staff member was very friendly and asked what I was in the mood for before making a recommendation. I ended up trying the 1/2 lb Cheeseburger special, and it was fantastic! The burger featured a thick, juicy patty with all the toppings, served alongside a generous portion of perfectly seasoned curly fries and an ice-cold root beer to wash it down. I'm really glad I stopped by. Thank you for the amazing meal!

Used too be a great place still they started hiring new people. I am never greeted politely or greeted at all for the most part. Two girls specifically refuse to even tell me my total or show any sign of customer service. I always leave feelingdisrespected or attacked. Have had said girls feel comfortable enough to talk trash about me while I was standing in line. Manager has refused to resolve issues because of playing favorites with family friends. This used to be a fantastic place, but things have changed since they started hiring new staff. I rarely receive a polite greeting, and often I’m not greeted at all. Two specific employees consistently refuse to provide my total or show any signs of good customer service. I always leave feeling disrespected or even cornered. I've experienced these girls chatting about me negatively while I was waiting in line. The manager has been unhelpful in addressing these issues, seemingly favoring family friends over proper customer service.
