"Drive thru couldn’t hear me, tried yelling, still couldn’t so drive to window and ordered. Manager came and asked why I was yelling said sorry the drive thru attendant couldn’t hear me. No problem till I went around to tell them my order was wrong Stacy’s response was “you gonna tell me what you wanted or am I supposed to read your mind”. Told her my order she just kept giving me attitude. Never going back"

Long haul trucker. Stopped in for a biscuit. Was delighted to find excellent customer service exemplified by Josie. I asked for a extra dark brown biscuit. She was happy to put my biscuit in the oven for a 'touch up '. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View menu

The food was excellent, especially the chicken sandwich that I ordered. The cashier seemed disinterested and tired as he leaned on the cash register while my wife decided on her order. He didn't make much eye contact or engage in conversation with us.

"I’m not one to write reviews but I must say this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. While walking through the restaurant it was extremely dirty. When we are sat we asked for a margarita blended. The server brought the margarita not blended and no ice in it. Walked away right away and when we brought it up to the server they said the blender wasn’t working. Which I thought they would inform us of that. After we received our food, the food was tasteless. The guacamole was extremely browned, the sour cream tasted like it was bad, and the ground beef wasn’t done and was extremely pink. I don’t mind pink hamburger but that’s not everyone’s go to. The server was on their phone FaceTiming and talking extremely loud close to where we were eating. Which I find a little annoying. They didn’t check up on us on anything. Once we payed we walked outside and the cook came out and just stared at us angrily as we drove away. I’m extremely disappointed about the service and the overall experience of this restaurant. I will not be coming back here. I hope others have a better experience."

"Fantastic service and a roomy bar and seating area make this place a great spot. There's even a game room and an outdoor bar to enjoy. Their beer selection is solid, featuring some Wisconsin favorites like New Glarus and Leinie's, along with a variety of domestic options in bottles and cans. We tried the cheese curds and the BBQ bacon chicken sandwich. While the cheese curds were large, they were just average. However, the chicken sandwich exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely order it again. Overall, it's a charming little venue near the lakes!"

"sign says wait to be seated, finally was told take seat anywhere. others after us (just 2 of us) were given attention and coffee before us. took just under half hour before we got coffees. the place was not full but I believe had a busy time prior to us. they took our order and 10 minutes later they came back to say they ran out of pancake mix. my coffee was soon empty....no one came back ..other party with me had to order something else ....I expected my food would come before other but no , nothing , the place had several empty tables at this time and noted other tables came in after us served coffee and refill and even table (maybe a few) who came in after us already getting their food order I joked a bit before an hour that 5 minutes and I will just leave cash for the coffee....at around and hour other party with me just said enough...they explained to wait person we were leaving as it had been an hour . I realize service can be impacted by the number of customers and or being short staffed but it felt like we were ignored, don't think it was on purpose, but that they really don't care. I have been there in the past and it really is no big loss not impressed then and now with the poor service see no reason to go back"
