"It's time to provide an update on Henry's as of 8/20/2011. After reading various reviews, we decided to give it a try, though we weren't overly optimistic due to the generally neutral to negative feedback. After a 25 km drive from Lima, we arrived at the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the modern brick exterior. Upon entering, we were even more delighted by the wonderful atmosphere inside."

"the chicken was small and overcooked, the apple came from a snack cup that was taken off with the lid, and my father ended up with a glass water with a huge fly in it. when he referred it to the waiting staff, the only answer was that it was not there when I brought it out; what do you want, because I bring you another water her fried chicken was astonishing earlier, not the case anymore."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and deserving of five stars. However, my experience was slightly tarnished by the waitress. Everything was fine until it came time to pay the bill. Despite there being six of us dining and my mom ordering multiple appetizers to sample different dishes, the waitress unilaterally split the appetizer costs among all the bills without asking. I found this behavior to be quite rude."

"First time at a Cracker Barrel and not disappointed! Not sure why I was under the impression that the portions would be larger but it was just the right size. The food is very good and well priced for the portions. Service very friendly and quick. Connecting store to find cute and nostalgic stuff in."

"My granddaughter and I enjoy going on short lunch outings together. This time, we drove for about 2 and a half hours round trip from Springfield. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the portion sizes were surprisingly large. Our server, Becky, was very attentive and the prices were reasonable. Despite the long drive, it was a wonderful day out. Thank you."

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"
