"It's also important to understand how things operate here. The staff is incredibly efficient. They hand you the menu, you choose your items, and the kitchen begins preparing them. You'll receive your food hot and as it becomes ready, which is quite different from the dining style in American restaurants. So, be ready to embrace it and enjoy your meal as each dish arrives. Additionally, once you finish a dish, they'll promptly clear it away to make room for the next one. This is how they do things, and we just have to accept it! As for the atmosphere, the decor may not resemble a Michelin-star establishment, but that's perfectly fine. The food more than makes up for it. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and highly efficient. What more could you ask for? In summary, just go, eat, and enjoy. You won't regret it!"

This place was by far some of the best food I've had in my life, the staff were so very nice and I'm so pleased to be part of the HK Dim Sum community. Have a very blessed day, happy Lunar New Years.-shyuxuazing

great variety. family size shares. tons of rolls and emptying options. not very vegetarian friendly. I would? ve liked to see more drinking options. it looked like a well-known and established place. Stop pouring yourself.

Had the curry squid, steamed chicken feet and mixed meat dim sum. The food was incredible!! Great flavor and was so delicious. The price was perfect, not over priced, and the service was great. I will definitely try more the next time I'm in the area. View menu

This restaurant could really use some improvement. The food was just mediocre, and the service was a bit off. The person handling the payment, rather than the waiter, approached our table and took the bill and my card right from the middle of the table. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

The food was ok. The service was very forced. We asked the waitress if she could adjust the pre added tip (we wanted to add more). She said the computer wouldn 't let her. She then proceeded to tell another customer right in front of our faces that Mexicans only add $2 . So I wouldn 't recommend coming here.

The restaurant offers a wonderful selection with generous family-sized portions. They have a wide range of buns and dumplings to choose from. However, it could be more vegetarian-friendly. I also would have appreciated a greater variety of drink options. The place has a well-established and reputable vibe. Definitely worth stopping by for some dumplings! View menu

Wanted to have some Chinese food in Chinatown, including dim sum items, and decided eat here. Got Beef Chow Fun, Shrimp Fried Rice, and several dumplings dishes. Food was tasty but not the best of this kind of food that we've had. Service was fast andfriendly. It was a feeling of really being in Chinatown, but at a peak time with all tables filled it is not the biggest space. All in all we were satisfied.

Let me tell this place is getting worse dirty and service gets worse. I can and did over a $200 order the people are so rude. When you as the lady with glasses for sauce for 6 order of Chan Fan she tore into the bag and said you have it her. All I ask is more since it was 7 orders. I bought so much shrimp dumplings and Shu mai and did not get any soy sauce. When I asked for it was like I was asking for something odd. The guys said it is in there. I showed him it was oyster sauce for the Chinese broccoli no soy sauce. As I waited saw roaches by the packing area. So disgustingly I gave up and decided that between the dirty place, awful service, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
