"The steaks arrived on ice-cold plates, and the fish was overcooked. We sent it back, only to receive a replacement that was nearly as bad 25 minutes later, while the rest of our meal was already served. When we expressed our concerns, the staff said that if we understood how cold the kitchen was, we would realize why the plates were cold. This dismissive attitude, along with the poor service and mediocre food quality, really disappointed us. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with badly prepared dishes."
