"1. The food is consistently excellent. They maintain high-quality standards, and I've never had an issue with how the food is prepared. The sushi is always presented beautifully and artistically, and my favorite dishes taste just as I expect them to every time. They handle special requests perfectly and pay great attention to detail. 2. The staff is exceptional. Owner Kitty, manager Michael, and the friendly wait staff like Cindy are all reasons why I keep coming back. 3. The lunch prices are a steal. If you order from the lunch menu between 11 AM and 3 PM on weekdays, you can enjoy the same amazing food at a reduced price. While they do offer a sushi lunch special, the more elaborate rolls are consistently priced. 4. We've brought visitors who are Japanese nationals, and they have praised this humble local spot. Overall, Bamboo is truly a fantastic place to dine!"

"Additionally, when we arrived, we were informed that we couldn’t bring in a cake. Renee claimed she wasn't told it was a birthday party, or she would have mentioned the cake restriction earlier. However, we had explicitly informed her that it was a birthday celebration, a milestone 60th birthday at that. Since she mentioned that she takes notes when booking parties, it implies she is calling my mother, who is a paying customer, a liar. Furthermore, when we entered, Renee was rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude, trying to hide away from the door while failing to realize we could see her. Overall, she did not present herself well in terms of her demeanor or appearance. On a positive note, our waiter Eric was fantastic—very friendly and definitely helped keep the evening enjoyable. Thank you, Eric!"

"My partner and I are vegan and have often struggled to find meals we can enjoy during our trips to the beach. Today, we visited Boro, expecting the typical beach and seafood menu, but we were delighted by the variety of vegetarian options available. Our waitress was extremely helpful and communicated with the chef, informing us that they could modify some menu items (like the black bean burger and curry) to suit our needs. She even mentioned that the chef could prepare a special off-menu vegan Alfredo! I truly appreciate their creativity and willingness to accommodate. This was the best meal we've had on our vacation so far! We sat in the front area of the restaurant, but we’ll definitely return to enjoy a meal by the water. Dietary options: they can adjust vegetarian dishes to be vegan and offer off-menu items for dietary restrictions."

While we got an initial drink order in followed by a food order, we did end up seating ourselves, fetching a second round, bussing our own table, and chasing down our ticket to pay. Food was OK, (we enjoyed the wings more than our burgers). Prices were good. Price per person: $10–20"
