The food is outstanding! The bistro has a delightful atmosphere. The menu is impressive and wonderfully unique, constantly evolving. Chef Tim is bold in his culinary choices. I highly recommend it!

I've placed several orders, and each time, everything has been absolutely DELICIOUS! From the burgers and soup to the shrimp scampi and hoagies, everything has been fantastic! The portions are large for the price, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

It's really disappointing that this business would try to have a car towed for accidentally parking in their lot after hours. I'm really happy that this place still offers carry-out service, as it allows me to satisfy my barbecue cravings! I highly recommend the ribs and brisket; both are excellent and definitely worth trying. I've also sampled a few of the burgers, which come in generous portions and are very satisfying.

I had an excellent meal with the fried fish - it was flaky and not greasy at all. The potato wedges were delicious, and the creamy coleslaw was a perfect complement. The portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, but it definitely won’t be my last. I'm already looking over the menu for my next selections!

So i have a gift card that was obviously purchased from this place. Called to place a take out order with my gift card and was informed i could only use it for dine in only...Seriously??? They had no problem taking the money when it was purchased now your gonna tell me when i can use it.? Great business sense. Since relocating to the Pittsburgh area as a BBQ enthusiast, I've struggled to find a restaurant that truly impressed me — until today. I first discovered Infuzed Bistro at the Heavy Metal Parking Lot at Black Forge. My wife ordered the half chicken with Carolina gold sauce and sweet potatoes, while I chose the pork with pit-style sauce and sweet potatoes. Although the prices are a bit on the higher side, the generous portions of meat and choice of sides make it worthwhile. Wow! This place is a true gem. The food is incredible and wonderfully diverse. We started with lump crab cakes as an appetizer, which had just the right amount of breading, topped with a fruity sauce that perfectly complemented the dish. For our main courses, we ordered skate wing (also known as stingray) and bistro steak. Each dinner comes with a choice of two sides, so we both opted for side salads and selected additional sides for our meals.
