Fantastic service and delicious food! This charming family-owned restaurant is a gem. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $20 and $30. Highly recommend!

The Sultan Ixtapa was not what you would expect from Ixtapa. We ordered the Chicken Enchiladas and Chicken Chimichangas. Both of the dishes had burnt chicken and were dry on the inside. We were also served dry rice. The only thing saving the meal was the price and quantity of food not the quality. We will not come back here again in the future. However, if you are in the area go to Maggy’s Mexican Restaurant in Gold Bar. You will not be disappointed!

Worst place ever! 50 bucks for 2 plates an left rappers on my food! Smh cooks where mad bc they don't know how to cook correctly an told them! they sat there an tried to intimate me while i paid smh 100% frozen food cooked to be warm cook got so mad he wanted to fight so unprofessional..also you can tell the difference between pork an chicken ‍ when I confronted about the rapper being in my food she asked if i was okay like if this has happened before..

We visited this restaurant around 6 or 7 PM on a Friday, and to our surprise, it was completely empty. We ordered fajitas, a chicken chimichanga, a kids' taco meal, and queso. While the chimichanga and fajitas were quite good, the kids' taco was unfortunately over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. The queso was a big letdown; I expected the usual white queso with meat, but what we got was just orange nacho cheese topped with even more heavily seasoned meat. It honestly tasted just like chili cheese dip, which was not what we were hoping for. Overall, while the food was decent, I think we'll explore other restaurants before considering a return to this one. View menu
