Never answers the phone for pick up orders and I call from open to closing

The location on the market(Ogden area) The road is excellent. The food was delicious and the staff... they treat the lack of staff as a team. They all ensured that your request was met. Grace under pressure.

The food was great I had the chicken philly and my wife had the chezz steak philly both was very seasoned cooked to perfection we also had sweet potato fries and regular fries the only down fall was that the fries came out I know at least 15- 30 min before the sandwiches so when the sandwich came no fries

Immigrant, no one in the line. Order for two sandwiches and two sides. After several people march in the door, order their food, sit down and get their food before I knew there was a problem. I went to the counter to ask if they had my order, and I was told they were waiting on one of my pages. After about 10 minutes I went back to the counter to say the same. All in all, it took 45 minutes from ordering to my food. In addition, the sandwiches we cold. The sad part is that they do not even apologize for waiting or bad service. Don't get back to this place. Walked in, no one in line. Placed an order for two sandwiches and two sides. After watching multiple people march in the door, order their food, sit down, AND receive their food before me I knew there was an issue. I went up to the counter to ask if they had my order and I was told they were waiting on one of my sides. I went back up to the counter after about another 10 minutes only to be told the same thing. All in all it took 45 minutes from ordering to receiving my food. On top of that the sandwiches we cold. The sad part is they didn't even apologize for the wait or the bad service. So far I'll take the ride from Hampstead to get me a cheese steak. My recent visit was a big mistake. I ordered a cheese steak and mozzarella sticks for me and my child. During the waiting period for the new order in the counter system. One of the ladies gave me my food next to me. It was the wrong food she left to them. We waited longer to get our food as the guys next to us enjoy free food. The cheese steak was very bad with literally no meat and cheese. While waiting for there new order at counter system. One of the ladies handed away my food to the guys next to me. Knowing it was the wrong food she left it to them.
