"If ur a fan of good Chinese food, this is the place to go! Talk about getting more bang for ur buck! The portion size is incredible! My favorite part is they offer an assortment of dishes that u can buy by the plate at an awesome price! If u get 2 main entrées a side and either an egg roll or crab Rangoon its only $6 and some change...I get 3 plus either 2-3 crab Rangoon or or 1 1 egg roll and still paid under $10! And the lady doesn't hold back on the amount she piles into the Styrofoam To-Go container! I can eat off of it 3x least! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT!!!"

We have lived in Waterloo for a long time, and never had the desire to stop at Ja Bowl. We decided on dinner on night on a whim, and ended up here. The food was your typical Chinese with a buffet type option as well. The service was ok, and the atmosphere was the typical Chinese sit down (older decor, dingy and dark).
