Jersey Mike's Subs - Menu

Great hoagie. While there aren’t as many topping choices as I’m used to at Subway, the options were enough. The meat and bread were very fresh. Delicious!

The staff at Jersey Mike’s Subs were very friendly, but I noticed they weren’t wearing hair nets. One employee had a long blonde ponytail that kept brushing against the sandwiches while she was preparing them. They should at least tie it back properly.

Best hoagie I've ever had! This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. The staff was super friendly, the place was very clean, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. I ordered the #2, and now I no longer think Wawa has the best. And yes, I’ve tried Wegmans hoagies too! View menu

We 've been to this Jersey Mike 's a few times, and have always appreciated the customer service and consistency of the food. Our daughter has some major dietary restrictions and this is one of the only places we can comfortably have a normal meal out. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

I recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Jersey Mike's Subs. The food was excellent, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 in my book. I was especially impressed with the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak — a must-try from their menu! The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure my experience was enjoyable. Although the atmosphere was pleasant, it could use a bit more character, which is why I gave it a 3 out of 5. Overall, I highly recommend Jersey Mike's Subs for a delicious meal at a great price.

The sandwiches are delicious! However on my last order online, they messed up on my payment transaction resulting in me getting charged twice and although they refunded me back for one sandwich I felt there customer service could have been way better! They never even apologized. When I told them I was here to pick up my money they just handed me the money without even saying ? sorry for the inconvenience ? about 10 workers in the store all standing there and not one person even bothered to say sorry about it. ? Trust me, I understand that currently we are in very unusual times with everything going on. I am very thankful to find a place close to work and that is open. I have ordered almost everyday last week and this week for lunch for not only myself but 2 other people. In 2 of my hoagies, I have found 2 long blonde hairs in my food. The first time I understand stuff happens sometimes so whatever, I just threw it out. But after the second time, I am absolutely disgusted. Don't you have to wear hair nets or something! Unfortunately, I’m disappointed once again. Like baseball’s three strikes and you’re out! I ordered a regular gluten-free turkey sub and asked to add pepperoni and capicola along with the turkey, no cheese, and lettuce. The sandwich was made correctly but was quite light on the meat. I requested extra turkey, pepperoni, and capicola, and had to pay separate charges for each meat. If you order a sandwich with meat, you'd expect at least one full layer of each by default. The Allentown location is generous with their portions and makes a perfect sandwich every time, but here I only got one thin layer of pepperoni and capicola—so where was the extra meat? Went to pick up my order June 22 between 6-8 pm. Different staff I guess because usually things go pretty well although I?ve had concerns about cross contamination. Well today takes the cake. So much that I had to call the board of health and report what I saw there. Being a health care provider I am very observant and sensitive to the cleanliness and overall protection of the consumer.
