"The food is AMAZING! We arrived hungry and got a recommendation from Hope (at Sharon's Motel) to check out JJ's Smokehauz. Jeff fixed us up with a combo plate we gobbled it down. Delicious pulled pork, ribs cinnamon rub baby back ribs. Cranberry cornbread, raspberry coleslaw, pasta potato salad, his famous bean salad.... Just pure joy for the tastebuds!! We'll definitely come back for more!"

Great stop for lunch in the area of mostly fast foods. Had a BBQ sandwich, the meat was perfect. The owner of the place is really nice and helpfull. If you passing the area, definitely stop by, you will not regret it.

So sad . We stopped today and it was closed. A gentleman outside said they closed about a month ago and have never reopened and they have no idea why. Does anybody know why they’re closed it was the best when they were open.

Just stopped here and had the pulled pork sandwich, got to talk with the owner who is very nice and he told me about his homemade cornbread so I got a loaf, it was still hot from the oven needless to say it was delicious. ?????? View menu

If you want a quality meal that is made with love this is a MUST STOP! We have been across the country traveling and this was one of if not our favorite place to eat! The owner is down to earth and passionate about his food!! You will not be disappointed!

We weren't sure about going to a restaurant attached to a gas station but it had good reviews so we thought we would try it. Glad we did the pulled pork and tri tip sandwiches were very tasty! Sophia was super friendly, she even offered to hold and feed our son so we could eat. I would definitely recommend it!
