I had lunch today at John Beere BBQ, and it was amazing! The brisket and chicken were exceptionally tender and flavorful. It's no wonder the restaurant has received so many awards. Thank you for a delightful lunch!

The brisket was unpleasant and undercooked, lacking any smoked flavor. It was also sliced incorrectly, not against the grain. The chicken and ribs were quite basic and seemed to have been prepared in an oven. The sausage was acceptable. However, the restaurant itself was unclean and uninviting. I can only hope they maintain better hygiene in the kitchen than in the bathroom!

The brisket was absolutely phenomenal—so juicy and tender! It’s honestly one of the best briskets I’ve ever had, and it didn’t even need any sauce to enhance its flavor. I also enjoyed the chopped beef sandwich; I loved that you included the fatty pieces, which made it even better without the need for extra sauce. This restaurant has impressed my motorcycle friends during our two recent visits. The staff was fantastic! They provided us with an ice bucket for our beers and even warmed up some brisket for one of the guys who arrived late. The sausage here is absolutely amazing—I believe they get it from Taylor, and it is so delicious! I also really enjoy their beans. It seems this place is going to be a regular stop for us, which I'm really happy about. The atmosphere is friendly, and the food is hearty and tasty. No complaints from our motorcycle crew!

This restaurant is quite nice. I've spoken with some local friends and discovered that this BBQ team has a solid reputation. We've visited a few times, and while there was one occasion where they ran out of certain menu items and the brisket didn't quite meet a 5-star standard, they promptly offered a replacement, which I really appreciated. Their breakfast is also quite tasty, with a good variety to choose from. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy for trucks and trailers to access. The staff is friendly, and the place has a charming atmosphere. I genuinely hope this business thrives!

While I was waiting for my meal, the waitress discovered a spider on one of the tables. Most people would either swat it away with a newspaper or, like I would, gently take it outside since it was just a little spider. But this waitress surprised me by taking off her shoe, preparing to squash the spider on a table that diners would be using. I really doubt that table would have been cleaned properly afterward. I offered to catch it and take it outside to save the little guy, which was honestly unexpected in that situation.
