"I will start by saying their food is one of the best. We will eat here again and will recommend it to our friends but they need to work on a few things. We stop by here every time we travel back from the south. We decided to try their Iftar buffet for a change because the pictures in the facebook page looked delicious. However, it was a huge mistake. To our surprise, you don’t get to pour your own food, you have to take your plate back each time and they put it in for you. Which is highly unsanitary, as their spoons were touching the used plates, and Tbh it’s quite awkward. Also not to mention the steal prison plates only for buffet meals, actually made it feel like we are in prison. We also ordered off the menu for the kids, which didn’t come with a naan they forgot to give. We had to wait for naan and in the meantime our food got cold. They also don’t mention that desert is not included in the $10.99 buffet. We would advise to increase the price of the buffet if they are worried about people sharing and simply give better customer service."

I loved trying food over here!! Everything was just yummy! My favorite, karhai with green chutney was awesome as well! Suitable for those who got a craze in desi/spicy foods!! Another thing I loved was the cleanliness. Everything was neat and clean, the decoration was so cool!! Just loved it!!

Nikokar,
Nikokar,

today we had to stop by for lunch and ordered karaee bones it came with bone (could see enough tomato/mahsala inside it)plus little lamb chake cost us $60 so expense. It’s embarrassing for business to get people charged for it with putting dust on eyes. God bless us. No control in price at all in U.S.

The experience was quite disappointing. They reduced the portion sizes of the dishes while still charging full price. If you request extra plates or anything similar, they only provide them for diners in the restaurant, not for takeout. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't be returning. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The customer service was amazing the 1st 2nd visit. This will be a new weekly on my family?s list of take out places. The food was cooked to order and tasted delicious. The owner even let us sample some other menu items when I mentioned this is my first time eating Pakistan Cuisine. I wasn?t used to the get up and get your food from the counter and clear the table when your done thing they had going on though. View menu

We visited this restaurant on Saturday morning and had a great experience. The halwa-puri platter is a must-try, although it’s only available starting at 12:30 PM. The puris were delicious, and they served choley alongside them. We also sampled the chicken seekh kebab platter, which was juicy and came with choley, rice, and a very large naan. The green raita was absolutely delightful. The restaurant is tidy and has a warm, welcoming ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch here and would definitely recommend this place!

The kabobs were completely burnt. Even if they had been just overcooked or slightly charred, I wouldn't have been too upset. However, half of them were reduced to black, charred meat. When I pointed this out to the man at the register, he responded in his native language, which I didn't understand. The restaurant really needs someone who can communicate in English, or at least someone willing to speak in English when serving customers from outside their country. While the burnt food might have been a mistake, I'm disappointed with the lack of customer support at this restaurant.

Don't go there if you are not their family friend or if you know them or if you don't speak urdu. They will always serve their known faces before you no matter how far ahead of them you ordered. 0 customer service. The price of half filled cup tea is $3.00 but it is not listed anywhere in their menu. Advertised as buffet which if more like served on a plate while you wait for a long time, and if you want anything else, they would say it's coming and then forget about it. Went there just because they are one of the few local halal restaurants, you would be better off going anywhere else or just order to go ahead of time. View menu

I am sorry but it has to be the worst restaurant when it comes to customer support and value for your buck.Overall, I give them F on customer support.Food is mediocre at best. Naans are the only thing positive about them.As example of poor customer support below.Friday 4/14/2023 at 3:57 pm. Kabob Place Facebook page shows no menu posting for today. They typically do post daily menu for iftar buffet. But on that day, they had no posting.Called the restaurant. The famous lady answered the call.I asked if they have iftar buffet; she said yes.I asked what’s the menu? She said “not sure yet”!WTH! How come she doesn’t know the menu at this hour?Poor customer support.

I do not have any prior experience with authentic Pakistani cuisine, but what I tasted here is absolutely mind-blowing! I had this idea in my mind that Pakistani food will be similar to the north-Indian food, but to my pleasant surprise, in spite of all the familiarity, the subtle differences in the spices and taste was very delightful to me. Their Karahi is THE most popular dish and it deserves all the attention it gets! Yes, you have to wait for around 15-20 mins for this dish to be served, but every minute of waiting is worth!. The nan breads are also very fresh and tasty. I tried their chaapli kabab platter as well which is a Peshawari specialty and I liked it as well. The flavour of car...
