"On the friendly cashier's suggestion, I chose the Grilled Tri-Tip steak. It had a tenderness reminiscent of sous vide cooking, although they didn't ask how I wanted it cooked. It arrived medium-well when I would have preferred it rarer, and it was only slightly warm when served. Nevertheless, it was flavorful and came with two dipping sauces from a selection of five; I picked peri peri and chimichurri. I also enjoyed broccolini and a side salad, all for under $19. My wife opted for the peri peri chicken, which was cooked to perfection and very tender, paired with delicious rice. I also sampled their unique vanilla and rosemary lemonade. The rosemary was an unexpected but delightful twist, though it was quite sweet—despite the free refills, I could only finish one glass. Overall, it was an excellent lemonade!"

We ordered the Beehive fries and the tri-tip steak with peri peri sauce, and both dishes were outstanding. The mashed potatoes were particularly buttery and delicious. We can't wait to return and try more items from the menu!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for lunch, offering fresh, high-quality food. I would definitely go more often if it were nearer to my home and office. Although the peri-peri chicken didn't quite wow me, I thoroughly enjoyed other dishes. The broccolini, especially, was exceptional!

I cannot recommend this restaurant; it’s simply not worth the cost. I paid $18 for a poorly cooked, average burger and overcooked fries. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also a concern. The atmosphere also earns a 5—it's very nice and welcoming. Overall, I would rate the food as a solid 4. For lunch, I spent between $10 and $20 per person.

10/10! I absolutely adore this place. It has a more upscale atmosphere than your usual order-and-seat-yourself restaurant. The menu is fantastic, featuring a fun and diverse range of dishes. We kicked off our meal with the Beehive fries, and they were amazing! The Tex's Hot Chicken Sandwich is possibly the best spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The standout dish of the meal was undoubtedly the beehive fries, which featured a hearty portion of fries loaded with cheese, sautéed onions, bacon bits, and steak. Both the tri-tip and chicken were cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the green beans were undercooked and served cold. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes were flavorful and delightful. The two specialty lemonades didn't leave a strong impression. The ordering process is similar to Cubby’s, where you place your order at the counter and then find a seat. Overall, the food was enjoyable.

The quality of the food has declined. The French fries are definitely no longer hand-cut; they now taste like they’re frozen. It's misleading to claim they are hand-cut on the menu while serving frozen fries. The salad I ordered recently was bland and lacked freshness—it wasn’t the same Cobb salad I used to enjoy.
